Is Hamas a friend of Palestine or using it as a reason to kill Israelis? Why are so many here taking to the streets waving flags for Palestine and also terrorist Hamas flags as an homogenous group when the Hamas are killing Palestinians as well?
Was the UN calling for a ceasefire when the rockets were fired into Israel or was it just when Israel decided t go in and defend her country? Hamas are terrorists, the UN has to make that declaration, so do the Palestinians who gather to protest in our streets.
Why so many foreign flags in our streets at these demonstrations should be another consideration, this is Canada, we have a flag and proud citizens wave it. Why are protesters who have citizenship here not on side with this country in siding with the country being attacked by terrorists?
If they are duals they should go to where their heart is and fight and stay there, not take the fight to the streets of Canada, this is not a middle east war zone run by people madly possessed with ingrained hatred.
No country can be strong with dual citizens who are here for safety, convenience and the good life to breed and seethe hatred to their future generations. It can’t work, it doesn’t bode well for Canada.

I have recently noticed that a certain soft drink manufacturer in their most recent kumbya “like to teach the world to be PC” marketing campaign has invited potential consumers of its bottled product by replacing their product moniker with common names.
Try as I might I couldn’t find any bottle named, Israel, Moses, or Jesus.
But I did find one labelled Mohammed.
Surely this must be an oversight.

Can someone tell me why we can’t buy dates that are not from Iran? California and Mexico I’m sure have date palms and could supply us at least with a choice. The less we buy from the ME trouble spots and trouble makers or suppliers of arms to same the better. Our Conservative government needs to hear from us on the small things as well as the bigger ones, the add up and we are in effect aiding and abetting by trading with them.
