  1. Global warming is a bitch when Suprior’s waters are only at 40F come September 1.

  2. Can any of you deniers deny that there are no polar bears on those ice packs ?
Where are the polar bears ?
Won’t someone think about the polar bears ???

  3. To thinkall that ice is due to global warming. Its a travesty I tells yeah.

  4. I thought the heat was hiding in deep waters!
If it gets any colder, those oceans (and lakes) are gonna boil right over.

  5. It’s a illusion. No Ice there. 97% of scientists say it’s much warmer than it looks.

  6. Oh, you people don’t understand at all!
That ice is just “weather”, not “climate”!

  7. Circumpolar Maurice Strongs’ wet dream, (remember him ? UN bigshit) ) governments buying bitcoins to save the WORLDS’ climate made by…….. MAN!

  8. Friend of mine said its very dangerous out on Georgian Bay right now: there’s sheets of ice a foot or so under the surface that can’t be seen as you’re buzzing around the bay (and back again).

  9. Warning, Warning, David Suzuki, Watch out for those big chunks of ice, they might put a hole in your gas powered boat.

  10. A fella nearby, a modified snowbird (summer in Temagami and winter in SW Ontario)…..usually heads back up end of April…..packed up and headed north just now.

  11. It takes a huge amount of energy to raise
ice to comfortable temperature melt water.
The Ontario government should make sure the
culprit in this case is severely dealt with.

  12. Dave has a rowboat, powered by young college girls
Yes he does, but they are suitably attired, and very grateful to be breathing the “santified air”

  13. The actual observations of ice on the Great Lakes are incorrect. The computer models show otherwise!

  14. Please let a global warming beliver wade into the lake. When they reach scrotum tightening appreciation ask ” are you still a believer” ?

  15. A few years ago I was in Duluth for a wedding and during a hot August afternoon, I tried swimming in Superior. It was freezing then, much colder than where I had been swimming in Puget Sound a week earlier.

  16. “Dave has a rowboat, powered by young college girls.”
Psst… You’ll be in big trouble with the BBC if you keep using the g-word.

  17. The great lakes are always cold, usually in the 15-17F range even in the hottest days of summer. You actually have to be wary of hypothermia even in the summer. If you live near them in the summer and the winds are blowing right, you can get 3-10C cooler even when the temps are hitting 30-38C. For the rest of us in southern ontario though, it usually means we’re going to be slowly steamed, since the lakes will really feed the humidity. And then you get into the storms that like to pop up on hot summer days, those can be nasty but are awesome to watch.

  18. Why would anyone go to a beach with ice flows bobbing just off shore? is it to do with whiskey drinkers concerned about ice shortages?
now , I have been to the beach here on the west coast when its raining , we go in for a dip to dry off but this is really strange.

  19. You deniers just don’t get it. Heat sinks deep in water these days due to man using earth’s unsustainable resources and computer models; so the heat pushes up the ice and makes it stay there !!!!
