Change? They’re still stuck on Hope:
Cover Oregon’s online enrollment system still doesn’t work more than three months after it was supposed to launch, and the state has hired or reassigned hundreds of workers to manually process applications. Officials say they hope the online system will be operational by March.
Just to be on the safe side, maybe they should pickle it.

I wonder if it ever occurred to them to use private enterprise instead of using union labour, who, despite of what they keep telling us here in AB, never, ever, do the best job possible.

The amazing thing is that some sections of government are pretty good at websites. I chair a safety committee at my company, and have to use the OSHA website for research and reference. It’s terrific! But then it was probably put together by career employees, not the smartest kids in the room, whom the elections just happened to sweep in…
In any area of human endeavor other than government this would be considered “failure”.
