   Just last night I had the privilege of watching my 7 year old niece’s class (via a private Facebook link)singing “The eye of the Tiger” with a Santa hats on for her winter snowflake celebration..
   The only ones smiling were the Teachers.. I felt sorry for them having to endure such a contrived shitty party..
   We used to all gather in the Gym and they would use the projector to put the Xmas carol slides up on the wall.. We would slaughter they lyrics and have a whole lot of fun doing it.. Lights down anonymous fun..
   Maybe Xmas cards or decorations during art time and some sweets on the last day before the Xmas break.. It was never heavy to begin with.. Light as a feather and about as meaningful..
   Its was mischievous fun that had to do with Santa and presents..
