    Interestingly, it also reports on the race of the person making the complaint, and the arresting officers. This is rare in mainstream reporting. Given the fact that almost all of the story originates with the victim’s lawyer, I’ll be cautious about indulging in self-righteous indignation until we get more corroboration.

17. If this is not corroboration, it is at least confirmation of the problem: 4 On Your Side reveals another traffic stop nightmare. I live in New Mexico. It has a politicized court system, so I’m not confident that justice will be served well here (remember Conrad Black), but I’ll try to report back if I learn anything further about these cases.

    That is a childish and stupid comment by someone who knows nothing (too much CBC). I live in Maricopa County and we have full faith in sheriff Joe. He is an elected official that was just re-elected The Justice system in the US ninth circuit is corrupt, the media and some filthy politicians, from both parties, support illegal aliens drug trafficking. The gangster in the WH needs the blow!
    The NM crap is unconstitutional and those law enforcement perks should be federally charged with felony assault, including the DA. The Federal AG (Holder) will do nothing because he is a black racist.
