  2. Exactly Gord. I can’t afford a BMW, but these kids can for some reason. I suspect that those funding them are never going to be revealed as they likely have political connections with the TOTUS.
    As far as this being “sophisticated”, these guys were amateurs. Making bombs is very easy and professionals would have been nowhere near the site of the explosions having planted the bombs first and then detonated them with throwaway cell phones. A professional would never have a vehicle with a “Terrorista” front plate. Then again, most people who have the power to cause far more havoc with their knowledge have better things to do with their time – for the moment anyway. Once the statists in the USSA start violating the US constitution even more we’ll see the professionals at work and the casualty counts will be orders of magnitude greater than those of the amateurs and targeted at the statists who are shredding the US constitution, not the general population.

  3. One of the neighbors of these 3 that were brought in for questioning, told a news service that they’d either stolen it or stopped paying the rent on that BMW.
    It’s in the paragraph below the 3rd photo, neither of their flippant excuses would surprise me today.

  5. Bewilderment about “Root causes” or “motivation” seems to be the mainstream media mantra, their response to the Boston Marathon terrorist attack.
    Since 9/11, there have been over 20,735 Islamist terror attacks (religionofpeace.com), and the MSM still can’t follow the blood trail?
    Mind you this is the same media that covered the Danish cartoons of Mohammed riots without having the courage to show the cartoons in their publications or television coverage.
    They know. Everyone knows. The MSM are simply too afraid to say.

  8. Nothing is going to change until walls start falling in Westmount, Rockliffe Park, The Bridle Path, Point Grey and their US equivalents.
    If every new arrival from these war-loving shit-holes was given accomodation and schooling in these nose-in-the-air communities, and the nails and bullets started flying around those airspaces, you’d damned quickly see some cries for real homeland security.

  9. The FBI is so ineffective that it’s plausible to ask if they’ve been infiltrated and harnessed to a cause other than law enforcement. Remember the stories of the FBI translators celebrating on 9/11 and the agent who testified that they knew the hijackers were planning something but were discouraged by their superiors from aggressively investigating? Now we find they were tipped off about the older Tsarnaev brother in the Boston case but determined he was harmless. Today they’re doing busy work trying to determine the root cause and how the brothers were recruited, something anyone with an iota of curiosity and Internet connection already knows. Maybe Bush knew what he was doing when he created the DHS.

  10. Again, by focusing on the Islamic terrorist narrative misdirect we’re missing the greater crime.
    The facts are piling up to question if this was another FBI sting operation of a small group of brain-dead loons, who they played as patsies, that got away on them. No, I have no sympathy for Jihadis or these punks in particular. The point is was this another FBI sting that went horribly wrong. What is the FBI involvement here? How did the suspects get tightly regulated Federal ordnance (like grenades)? The FBI had contacted these brothers in 2011, how long did that surveillance go on? What is the FBI’s real agenda in the endless string of infiltrating retard terror gangs, inflaming them, pointing them to targets and arming them, then busting them just in time? Has their habit of arresting them just in time (to a full media theatrical event) always been effective? Have they missed the sting and the loons effectively gotten to their target? (like in the 1st world trade center bombing which was “monitored” by the FBI). Is the FBI capable of effective undercover anti-terror operations?
    Too many questions involving haphazard security and “war against terror” theatrics, to simply say; “see it was Islamists all along” and end the investigation. The Feds (FBI/DHS) have some explaining to do – as to why we spend billions on security and give up our freedoms for such haphazard game-playing. The second Fed agency on the mat should be immigration for allowing these kinds of America-haters in the country – don’t lock down Boston after the fact, lock down the borders before this disaster happens.

  14. What are the chances that the president, congress, the senate, Department of Justice, law enforcement, and immigration are either complicit in treason or inept, all at the same point in time? Boston has the potential to blow the lid off (no pun intended) the biggest story of government malfeasance in American history. Too bad most of the press is collaborating with them.

  21. I wasn’t trying to disrespect the men and women that carried the day ( I was raised in a small town full of them). The actions of people in free societies, and certain political parties do that already. Seemingly in more numbers as time goes on. I’m only asking because I don’t see the qualities of our forefathers in those in power or in enough of those that vote for them, and after this weeks theater I think the West is about as weak as it’s ever been in it’s history. Looking backwards it’s hard to believe we won anything at all, when we seem so willing to lose today.

    No, part of being a sovereign nation state is having effectively controlled borders. e.i. U.S southern border problem does erode their sovereignty.
    The Canadian Charter gives citizens the right to leave and enter Canada, there is no such right for the 6 plus billion other people in the world to do so.
    Discerning who is a danger to public safety and Canada’s sovereignty and values is the responsibility of the federal government. They’ve been falling down on the job for decades. Reform of immigration is in the wind but we’ll see if there is the will to follow through.
    There is a clash of civilizations going on here. Only those who have lost confidence in Western Civilization have lost the ability to see that.

  28. The only legitimate control a sovereign country wields over its borders or anything else is for the sake of protecting its citizens rights. Otherwise no. To the extent that America has a ‘southern border problem’ (it really doesn’t) it’s because hyper-restrictive immigration policies force people to come over illegally, this flooding the border.

  41. Phantom is correct; all unicameral parliamentary systems are legislative dictatorships, as virtually all power is vested in it, as opposed to one where another power center(s) exist outside the parliament.
    A written constitution recognizing that all power rests with citizens, who possess inviolable rights, is useful to remind each generation of the proper relationship of the state to the citizen.
