Republican lawmakers are threatening to subpoena U.S. survivors of the terrorist attack in Benghazi.
Exasperated GOP members say unless they get more answers from the White House, they will call on the survivors to testify before Congress, and might hold up President Obama’s nomination to replace the U.S. ambassador who was killed on Sept. 11, 2012 in Libya.

This issue compares in importance to Watergate. The administration is keeping these folks under wraps until the problem goes away. Let’s hear from the victims and make our own assessment of what happened.

Nobody died as a result of Watergate. Their are two sides to this. The coverup of what looks like arms movements, and the reason that no support for those four citizens that died was available.
If Mrs. Bill Clinton runs for office in 2016, I can’t see how this information, that she was the Secretary of State while it was occurring can be swept under the rug. Some folks involved will have been retired and their concern for the consequences of this may be broken.
Meanwhile, the timing becomes uncomfortably close to the next presidential election.

Whats the point? Low information voters don’t want to know. They would rather watch Dancing with the Stars than the news. This won’t matter, and they will not pay attention, until the SHTF. The next possible SHTF event will be when a bond rating downgrade hits the US and I don’t think this will happen this year. Therefore the situation in Benghazi does not matter.

As Hillary suggested, “What does it matter?” Well of course it only matters to “Ben Ghazi and the Bumpkins.”
It only matters when you happen to be in the firing line and your number is up. (eg. the decades long denial by Soviets over the Katyn Forest)
The “Obama-Nation(tm)” government don’t want this information broadcast widely because it reflects badly on them.
Let’s see incompetence, indifference, lack of due diligence…and how many other embassy personnel around the world are they willing to allow to be ‘iced’ because they weren’t paying attention.
Besides none of this stuff helps their re-election engineering sessions in the recent past and future.

It is good that the Republicans keep picking away at this.
Soon enough the Obama crew will tell more lies that even the low info voter can recognize, and once they recognize that they are willing to lie about everything, the dummies will realize the Zeros are lying to them too.
Eventually this failure will out, same for all the other investigations the Just-us department is “Helping”.
Its catch 22 for serial liars, either they have to write the lies down or they will forget which lie they told to whom.
Either is fatal in time.

The only hope for Republicans is if they send Ryan to Benghazi…
