5. I’d never make a good leftist. I’m inclined to formulate an opinion and express it. I don’t think I could ever embrace the early-teenaged level of angst which requires constant vigilance to determine which way the wind blows as to what is “cool” and “in” (not that I ever really made much of an effort in that sense) and not end up as one of “them” i.e. an outsider having to grovel to the “cool” kids for acceptance. It looks like Woodward, in questioning the coolness of the anointed one is now about to learn a lesson in lib/left groupthink. I doubt his mother is still alive. So for his sake, I hope he’s member of a darts club or something so he can start making new friends. Goodness knows the old liberal ones will be airbrushing him out of the group photos as we speak.
