  1. Magazines? Really? They felt they could wait for a week to get the results? Jeez, no wonder they’re so ill informed.

  2. And even among TV choices Foxnews announced they were #1, even above the big nets. This is what happens when you choose to insult over 60% of the population. Thats the 30 something repubs + some indies that are smart enough to know they are being lied to. CNN is oging to drop lower than Headline News, and Candy Crowley will still have a job.

    Seriously, many people are tired of being lied to by the biased TV and newsprint media and have turned to multiple sources so as to decide what is the truth for themselves.

    The key thing about the multiple sources,is they generally, reference their sources, so they don’t look like fools.

  7. Most people are a lot less interested in politics and world events than the SDA crowd.
    I belong to an expat running group with a cross section of English speaking nationalities. Mostly middle or upper management in various fields. Lots of engineers, teachers and medical professionals. When I said Romney was the better choice and would probably win I may as well have said “It doesn’t really matter who wins because the Rapture is happening the day after tomorrow.” The looks they all gave me would have been the same. They couldn’t believe that there were any Canadians that aren’t the Trudopian stereotype.
    Their main source of information was the MSM except the younger ones who prefer the John Stewart show.
    The “news” they take in is not news but entertainment and it will stay that way until reality bites them.
