As an aside, this is what happens when you turn the court system into an Instant Millions! lottery. Even protected groups aren’t safe.

What always got me is that a large majority of these pedophiles are homosexuals, but we typically referr to them as pedophiles only. When was the last time you saw a media report explicitly mention the fact that the pedophile was gay? It can be inferred sometimes if the victim is identified as being of the same gender. But they won’t come out and say it. I wonder why that is?
Catholic preists! Boy Scout leaders! Pedophiles all! they cry, shaking their fists, but people keep forgetting the OTHER demographic they keep having in common: Homosexuality.

Well do note, Chris S., that there ARE heterosexual pedophiles. Those, however, tend to be quickly identified, arrested, prosecuted, and sentenced. I would not be surprised if many of those Catholic priests who got caught were bicycles, and were caught when they did an under-aged girl. Just as Sandusky got away with it for years, IN SPITE OF “Law Enforcement” and the “Legal System” knowing about his actions. They did NOTHING, because he is a Preferred Species. That is what the United Socialist States of America have become.

Chris a lot of pedophiles may be homosexuals but a lot of homosexuals are not pedophiles.

And the irony continues as Sesame Street hauls in the cash but depends on the government cash to broadcast its lame indoctrination tool to impressionable children. Now that I have a couple of grandchildren I am exposed (figuratively of course) to the new generation of childrens programming. And from what I’ve seen, programming is exactly what it is. Fortunately we control the remote.

This whole thing is SO sickening, it seems every week another guy who “loved to work with children” is outed as a pedophile,usually a gay one at that.
When I was a kid, we had a local guy organize us into two baseball teams and we practiced and played against teams from other small towns whenever we could.
He was scrupulously fair and even handed,didn’t matter if you were the Mayor’s son,or from the poorest family in town, all of us were treated equally.
We learned about teamwork,fair play, and never to practice class or color bigotry. We also learned to be pretty good baseball players. We had a hell of a good time for three years,until the guy’s growing business made it impossible for him to continue coaching us.
I still remember this man with great appreciation for all his work,which he did just to keep us focussed on something fun and “out of trouble”.
I know that has nothing to do with this story, but I just had to relate it,because there WAS a time when people did work with kids for the good of the kids and the community,not because they were f***ing deviates.

Good point. Targeting children is a jail offense. Seems to me that “Elmo” is headed for some upper bunk time with Bubba.

I’m reminded of Eric Nagler’s career flameout as a result of false accusations. Gay or otherwise, the accusations are enough to kill Clash’s career, and both allegations fail the sniff test to me.
That said, not having a lifestyle that makes you vulnerable to these kinds of accusations might have been a wise idea for a children’s entertainer.

Just goes to show you. No matter how innocent or honorable somthing that becomes an institution is. It becomes infiltrated by wolves, & corrupted.Its why old institutions like Harvard or others should be overturned every once in a while , least it becomes degraded. Just look a Penn State.
