I sent the following to the Prime Minister, I apologize for its length but I believe it is necessary:
The Call of Muslims for Blasphemy Laws in Canada
Muslims in Canada are protesting in common cause with Muslims all over the world who are enraged. They are calling for the need of blasphemy laws to be instituted in Canada because they are of the conviction that their religion and prophet are being disrespected.
For the Muslim, the Qur’an / Koran is revered as holy. Any words, ideas, or actions that are contrary to the Qur’an and its messenger / teacher, Muhammad, are considered denigrating, disrespectful, and offensive. Therefore, to the Muslim, the very idea of free speech and democracy (a government by the people) opposes a government by Islamic Sharia law; it contradicts the very foundation of Islamic thought, to the Muslim, blasphemy.
Because the Muslim is instructed by the Qur’an to follow the teachings of Muhammad, who is described in the Qur’an as a man of perfect conduct, the West must look to the teachings of Muhammad in the Qur’an to understand the root of this Islamic upheaval.
Few are aware of what the Qur’an propagates. The Islamic uprising can be best understood by the following three principles taken directly out of the Qur’an: a Muslim is commanded to fight for his belief when it is challenged; a Muslim is given the authority to kill those who do not submit to Islam (even children, because a Muslim and only a Muslim is considered innocent); and, a Muslim is promised a reward in Paradise if he fights and dies for Islam.
The following is an incomplete list of verses taken contextually from Majiid Fakhry’s translation of the Qur’an, An interpretation of the Qur’an, published by New York University Press, copyright 2000,2004. The book cover states that the book has been “Approved by Al-Azhar University.” (Cairo, Egypt)
“Fight those from among the People of the Book* [Translator’s footnote:*Jews and Christians] who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden and do not profess the true religion, till they pay the poll-tax out of hand and submissively.” (chap.9 vs.29)
“Those who believe fight for the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight on the behalf of the Devil. Fight then the followers of the Devil.” (chap.4 vs.76)
“Fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them see how harsh you can be.” (chap.9 vs.123)
“O Prophet, fight the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be stern with them. Their abode is Hell.” (chap.9 vs.73)
“O Prophet, urge the believers to fight.” (chap.8 vs.65)
“You shall find others who wish to be secure from you and secure from their own people; yet, whenever they are called back to sedition* [Translator’s footnote: *polytheism] they plunge into it. If these do not keep away from you, nor offer you peace, nor hold their hands back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them. Those, We [Allah] have given you clear authority over.” (chap.4 vs.91)
“Indeed, the punishment of those who fight Allah and His Messenger and go around corrupting the land is to be killed, crucified. / O believers, fear Allah and seek the means to win His Favor. Fight in His Way so that you may prosper. (chap.5 vs.33,35)
O Prophet, struggle with the unbelievers and the hypocrites, and deal harshly with them.” (chap.66 vs.9)
“Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah and those who are with him are hard on the unbelievers.” (chap.48 vs.29)
“When you meet the unbelievers, strike their necks till you have bloodied them.” (chap.47 vs.4)
Amongst the general non-Islamic “unbelieving” population, adherents to Judaism and Christianity are specifically targeted as “unbelievers.” This is predominately because the Qur’an teaches that the holy books of the Jews and Christians were passed down by Allah, but have been corrupted by both groups.
“Unbelievers are those who say: “Allah is the Messiah [Jesus], son of Mary.” (chap.5 vs.17)
“Those who say that Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary, are unbelievers.” “Unbelievers too are those who said that Allah is a third of three [the trinity].” (chap.5 vs.72,74)
“You shall find the most hostile people to the believers to be the Jews and the polytheists.” (chap.5 vs.82)
“O believers, do not take the Jews and the Christians as friends; some of them are friends of each other. Whoever of you takes them as friends is surely one of them. Allah indeed does not guide the wrongdoers.” (chap.5 vs.51)
One of the reasons the West will not see a decline in the Islamic furor, manifested in such activities as suicide bombings, is because of the reward Allah promises his followers if they die while fighting for Islam:
“Allah has bought from the believers their lives and their wealth in return for Paradise; they fight in the Way of Allah, kill and get killed” (chap.9 vs.111)
“Whoever fights in the Way of Allah and is killed or conquers, We shall accord him a great reward.” (chap.4 vs.74)
Some may think that this extreme behaviour is only characteristic of ‘radical Islamic sects’; however, those that we call ‘moderate Muslims’ are compromising the standards of behaviour the Qur’an teaches.
Muslims wants blasphemy laws. Canada has blasphemy laws. The Canadian Criminal Code states:
Section 296.
(1) Every one who publishes a blasphemous libel is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.
Section 318.
(1) Every one who advocates or promotes genocide is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
(2) In this section, “genocide” means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part any identifiable group, namely, (a) killing members of the group; or (b) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction.
(4) In this section, “identifiable group” means any section of the public distinguished by colour, race, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation.
Section 319.
(1) Every one who, by communicating statements in any public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach of the peace is guilty of
(a) an indictable offense and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) an offense punishable on summary conviction.
(2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, willfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of
(a) an indictable offense and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) an offense punishable on summary conviction.
According to the Canadian Criminal Code, the Qur’an should be labeled hate propaganda. Why is it that in Canada the Qur’an has not been subject to these laws already?
Canadian values and freedoms are being, and will be, challenged if ‘hate speech’ or ‘blasphemy against religion’ laws are instituted in the United Nations and supported by Canada. The institution of such laws that forbid free speech about religion into the United Nations, will not cure Islamic furor. If the Qur’an becomes subject to these laws, these laws would only infuriate Muslims even more, considering that Muslims are taught that Islam supersedes every other religion (chap.5 vs.48, chap.48 vs.28). The United Nations is occupied by many Muslim nations; will it be time for Canada to leave the United Nations?
One need only to look at the statistics offered by those who have followed the spread of Islam into the rest of the world in order to recognize that we must proceed with educated caution (Slavery, Terrorism, & Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat by Dr. Peter Hammond). Only after reading the Qur’an and recognizing its influence over Muslims, can the Western world comprehend that it is engaging in negotiations with a religious ideology that is driven to domination, not peaceful co-existence.
Troubling times are head of us, and the United Nations needs to be informed of what the Qur’an is. The sooner the truth is acted upon, the better off we will all be.
I am not Islamophobic, I do not fear Muslims, nor do I hate them, actually I feel sorry for them. I simply recognize that they have been bound to a belief system that forces them to hate non-Muslims. Neither am I racist, Muslims come in a variety of colours, cultures, and countries. Islam is not a race, it is an ideology. They need to look outside their religion so that they can properly see their own religion.
If a Canadian Christian was to claim blasphemy against a Muslim, he would have plenty of examples to choose from. The following is just a few selections from the Qur’an that Christians considers to be lies because of the Bible:
Christians and Jews transformed into monkeys and swine (chap.5 vs.59,60); Christians and Jews are transgressors (chap.5 vs.59); Jesus made from dirt (chap.3 vs.59); Jesus supposedly predicting some future messenger named Ahmad (chap.61 vs.6);………the list goes on.

Imagine if it was 200 Christians kneeling in prayer protesting. The police would be hauling people to jail, there would cries about seperation of church and state, editorials about right wing hate groups etc. We don’t have freedom of religion any more unless your religion is protected by human rights tribunals.

This is the huge disconnect with the MSM and liberal fascists in this country who claim that everything is equal and everyone is equal. They believe that to critique and correct have become words of hate and judgment. There is a place for judgment, but you must be able to judge correctly, otherwise you are but a fool. The test of whether something is worthy of our time, finances and effort is whether it produces healthy life or brings chains and loss of life and liberty.
The verses you highlighted from the Koran are but a few examples of the lies which are in its pages and was constructed by the father of lies. The Koran has a death spirit attached to it, not one of hope and liberty but of submission and conquest but the rule of the sword.
Ezra has felt the wind of the swing of that blade. He stands in defiance of it. Love always wins over hate.

I have no intention of tempering my contempt for Islamofascism, blasphemy laws can go to hello.
What many are missing here is the Brotherhood’s covert way of finding out who in the community would be actively against them when push comes to shove. Don’t think that the responses the Islamofascists get when they go door to door are not being compiled and banked away for a another time.
These people should never be taken at face value and there is often two or three hidden motives behind each and every one of their actions.

I’m a firm believer in taking a stand against the darkness, and your email was a shot against the enemy who dwells in the heavenlies. Allah is another name for Satan and he needs a good kick in the teeth regularly to show him we’re not all asleep.

Mr. Soharwardy delivers another big, fat load of prime Alberta B.S. What is the Arabic word for what he is doing? Takiyya. Even if I believed him regarding violence, the leadership of most of the World’s muslims disagrees with him every day by their actions. Many people die every day at the hands of one of the many factions of muslims who draw the sword at the slightest provocation and often with no provocation.
I should say that I know of one small sect of muslims who actually practice what Soharwardy preaches – Ismailis, a group that he likely doesn’t recognize as being muslim and who would feel the sword of the majority if the opportunity arose.
