Funny, I’m not shocked. So he’s gesturing; with his left hand, yet. BFD. If Reuters and AP think that gesture somehow equates to a Nazi salute, they are Q-dip grade stupid.
Not having seen his speech, that looks to me like an expansive sort of gesture, as used when one makes a remark like, “the whole wide world” or suchlike.
