  5. I reject this notion of Canada as a hotel. I don’t want to live in a country that defines itself as a hotel
    I want to feel cultural bonding with the people I live around. I am not opposed to immigration but I expect integration.
    Time to pull the Quebec Pavilion from that Folkfest.

    Oh, by the way, speaking of hotels, are you aware that in Quebec, international students from all French speaking nations, such as France and Belgium, are welcomed by Quebec as students, and, they pay the same low fees as Quebec students!
    Students from anywhere else in Canada pay double! And the Canadian taxpayer subsidizes these foreign ‘hotel students’ who just come for the low tuition! Did you know that? Of course, it’s all just happening by the laws of physics. No Quebec politician would ever choose to have such a law.

    Granted, it’s not an example of a mathematical formula per se, but any real number raised to the power of 0 (zero) is 1 (one). This rule was arbitrarily determined by mathematicians exercising their Free Will, so to speak, when they were establishing the laws of exponents.
    It doesn’t appear to make much sense to the uninitiated but a quote from a mathematician I read years ago stated that, “Mathematics is concerned with internal consistency, not everyday logic.”

    The real Canadians are those now living off of us & protected with Laws above us. Including institutions we pay for to persecute our own culture.   26. quebecois – why should Canada ‘get over’ the FACT that they are subsidizing foreign students in Quebec – who are allowed to pay the same low tuition of Quebec students, while any student from elsewhere in Canada must pay double if they choose to go to Quebec? Why should the Canadian taxpayer ‘get over it’? Why don’t you welcome Canadian students? Hmmm? Oh, wait, you can’t. You can’t welcome or not welcome anyone. You have no free will.

  31. Consanguinity is one one of those “third rail” issues that are never discussed by the MSM or in polite company. Doing so would surely result in accusations of xenophobia. What is viewed as an accepted practice has significant long-term consequences which we all need to understand.
