  1. I have just deleted 63 comments.
With the assistance of a troll, you managed to turn this thread into a pile of crap in which 75% of all comments violated the comment rules.
Because I do not have time to sift through your crap to preserve the on topic posts, they were all zapped.
Congratulations. Next time, think before you post.

  2. Its a shame you were forced to delete the comments Kate.
I’ll attempt to stay within the rules.
Now we know why the left was so against Sun Media, even before it went on the air.
We are finally getting some truth on the TV airwaves, and the LSM simply can’t live with it.
Now they’re being confronted about their bias and often downright lies.

  3. At the bottom of EVERY comment thread!
[Before submitting, review the post to ensure your comment is on topic and does not contain words that might get caught in the spam filter (eg: insuranse, viagro, online, pokey). 4. The most signifigant point Ezra made – ‘the biggest problem in Canada today is the Mee-dee-aaaaah’ !!
In my opinion, there are a handful of Canadian journalists who really really know their stuff. They are very reasonable and can analyze topics in a very enlightening way. But they are the exception.
And then there is a Stephen Maher. And a Heather Malice. As dangerous as anything Pravda had in it’s heyday.

  5. Channeling the late Jim Croce…
You don’t tug on Superman’s cape
You don’t spit into the wind
You don’t pull the mask off that old Lone Ranger
And you don’t mess around with Kate.

  6. Like I stated before we need to boycotte liberal media and their advertisers, they’re attacks on the cons is becoming personal at the grass roots level.

  7. Sorry Kate…I’ll admit I gave in to the temptation.
I’ll re:post that I think Ezra is as irritating as sand in an oyster.
And just for those that don’t get it…he’s a real gem.

  8. Another brilliant commentary by Ezra. I have also noticed that the Ottawa Citizen is going way overboard with this thing — every day, something (no matter how trivial) is pushed onto the front page. I have stopped reading their drivel and pick up news elsewhere. It is so obvious that they are trying to aggressively push the robocall issue that they risk losing all credibility.

  9. Could Levant be the Canadian Brietbart? Carry on the good work Ezra. Many see the enemy but few will face it. Hopefully more will see the mainstream media for what they truly are. You are the voice that will hopefully carry the message that should be heard by all. God Bless.

  10. A judge said levant has “reckless disregard for the truth” and. Whacked him with a $57,500 judgment. Yea, there’s a guy you can trust!

  11. Louis: “A judge said levant has “reckless disregard for the truth” and. Whacked him with a $57,500 judgment. Yea, there’s a guy you can trust!.”
Yeah I know. Gotta wonder where we get some of these judges. Oh wait… mainly from the ranks of the incestuous lawyer fraternity, that bastion of nanny liberalism! That’s our biggest problem! (except for the libtard sycophants like Louis).

  12. So Ezra goes over the top sometimes. Sometimes he gets in trouble. Big deal.
On this issue, he’s 100% right. “Robocalls” was a non-story from day 1. And no matter what conservatives do, reporters look for the negative angle.
If Stephen Harper pushed a little old lady out of the path of a truck, the headlines would scream “Harper assaults elderly woman”.

  13. Stephen Maher – “Pogue Mahone? (Kiss my A$$?)”, Really??“ – You’re all a$$ Stephen, I wouldn’t know where to start!

  14. Kate at 11:02 AM: You’re joking, I hope.
    ============
I most certainly am not joking. Yours is the only blog I visit that does not have the comments policy posted somewhere for all to see. Short of the occasional angry outburst by you, I would think it a common courtesy to post them or at least link to them. Most of us are not mind readers and angry outbursts is no way to treat your loyal readers. Shame on you.

  15. “Hello this is Elections Nigeria, can I sell you some on-line viagro?”
Try again, Peter, I’m not biting on this one. Too many words were spelled correctly.

  16. Banned in whatever
    It’s Kates Blog
She can do what she wants when she wants and how she wants.
Your/our choice is freedom to come here read and have the luxury of civil discourse/ education /banter if you don’t like it leave and don’t come back or don’t comment.
It’s works for everyone else how come you find it so difficult?
I suggest you remain at huffpo or kos or where ever it is your happy. Because it’s obviously not here.
And I and I’m sure most regular readers have NO issue with Kate banning you either. Infact we might just ask for it, fools are not always tolerated.

LOUISE: For years now the comments policy has been *clearly* posted just one inch above where you have typed your name and email address every time you have commented. It still is.
