Enoch Powell was a Cambridge professor, a poet, and a classical scholar fluent in Greek, but he will go down in history as the British Conservative MP who in 1968 delivered the historic and highly controversial “Rivers Of Blood” speech in which he warned that British immigration policy was “a great betrayal” that was creating a “transformation to which there is no parallel in a thousand years of English history.”
In “Rivers of Blood”, independent British film producer Denys Blakeway intersperses archival footage with contemporary interviews to create a surprisingly un-PC and commendably balanced — or, as some on the left would call it, “cowardly, manipulative and politically irresponsible” –– look at Powell’s speech and the issues it addressed. Yuppers – what Powell said then was the truth. It has nothing to do with racism on either side, but if immigrants refuse to become part of the host country, and attempt to make us into something we are not, there will be violence. Thatcher, by the time she got in was too late to make the massive changes that were needed. Britain, France, the Low Lands and most of the rest of Europe are doomed. I think a lot of immigrants who came here to get away from the rat-hole they came from, would agree.
When I first saw this, I was amazed at how fair it was to Powell. He was right. I have mixed-race, middle class friends in Britain who would never speak to me again if they knew I agreed with Powell; but it’s not really about them (and yes, for purposes of Kathy Shaidle, I’m a coward. Hence the fake name). My father’s family were lower middle-class/upper working class Yorkshire. Did those sort of people ask for half of rural Pakistan to move in? Oh, there was a labour shortage? Well excellent. High wages for the workers, yes? That’s good, right, Labour lefties? No? Why not? Oh, right, it was never about the workers, and you hate the free market and all its works.
Britain was deliberately destroyed. Nobody will ever be held to account. Take notes.

Sammy, the only problem with that is that the numbers would put the CP in a minority gov’t position if that poll was traslated into election results, which is percisely where the Consensus Media ultimately wants to take this.
Having said that, the numbers are still pretty strong for the CP and is an idication of the ineffectiveness of the CM and OPPS campaign thus far. Pretty pathetic of them considering that for all their bluster, they can’t make a bigger dent in the CP’s numbers — those which are the same as they party went into the last election with and still managed to get win in spite of all the things that were being thrown at them, including “subversion of democracy” themes which the CM is trying to make this one out to be.
This faux scandal will fizzle like all the rest.
