   Exactly my point. Screw with us guys and after we write off a big chunk of your population, we’ll let you beg for peace. What is the point of losing every serious war? Yellow Streak Obama just surrendered in Iraq and is preparing the surrender in Afghanistan. The terrorist world must really fear NATO and their leadership vacuum.

   Don’t get me wrong. Obama is an idiot. He has lost every advantage in Iraq and Afghanistan by telegraphing his intentions. This is why we see troops pissing. The morale is low. His idea of war is to get TF out.
   I do not agree that using overwhelming force at every opportunity is the idea. The key is to just have it. That is enough.

3. I heard the grave voice of a CTV announcer last night, as he intoned of a blow to US credibility. Throw in the outrage of the Taliban who would now fight even harder. He delivered the “outrage” of the urinating soldiers.

   He handed over to another “journalist” who agreed whole heartedly. At the end of this, the main speaker, casually mentioned a bombing of five innocent victims that day. I could not catch whether it was Iraq or Afghanistan. He did not elaborate.

   Hissy fits galore!

   Yes, exactly my point. Either avoid war altogether [the point which was obviously missed], or you kill lots of people fast and in nasty ways until the enemy capitulates completely.
   War is Hell as Sherman so wisely said. War is not a game to be played with nice rules.
   If you want to play games, go to the Olympics.
   The way the US ‘fights’ wars is expensive, wastes resources and maims and kills too many troops. It does however make profiteers very rich, which of course is the actual objective for America. They learned that lesson well in WW2 and have kept the people in a paranoid delusion since then to justify outrageous ‘defense’ budgets. America spends more on ‘defense’ than the total of what all the other countries in the world spend on their military.

In case you haven’t noticed the US economy is in shambles, unemployment is at an all time high, more people are homeless and starving than ever before, crime is increasing as a result, gun and ammunition sales hit an all time high this recent holiday season….
   Yes, it’s a very dark and troubled place.

6. Opium production in Afghanistan is up 133% compared with the previous year. That’s what funds the Taliban.
   If the US truly wanted to ‘win’ in Afghanistan they would remove ALL non-Muslim troops and actually fight a war, but from the air.
   Issue a ‘fatwah’: All opium fields greater than one acre and all para-military compounds will be destroyed without warning. Then bomb them back into the stone age till the Taliban give up.

   What would you prefer? A strong U.S. or somebody else? Discuss. China? Putin’s Russia? Please describe what that world will be like. America spends lots of money because it realizes it has too- mainly because nobody else in the western world will.
   Did you know that the internet came from the the nasty American military?

11. I think if they had done this to every dead Taliban and put it on Youtube, they might have ended the war a long time ago.
    Kind of a disincentive if you’re contemplating going the 72 virgins route.

13. They took a leak on scum who don’t even identify themselves via uniform, kill women and children and slowly saw/swist a man’s head off on the internet to cause the most pain prior to death, cry me a river.
    Yet the marines at Gitmo have to deal with fece and urine flingers as part of their job… I fear for our world, we went sideways somewhere and I’m not so sure that we can recover.
