i don’t get why these people say they like him personally. Jacqui, Michael Coren. me, i cant stand the Irish twit. he makes my skin crawl.
This was an attempt by a S@%t disturber to call Jacqui Delaney and Sun News Network what he is. Here we have a totally irresponsible individual trying to escalate a peaceful event into something that the protesters could use to defame the law and order infrastructure of the city of Toronto. The working people of Toronto should look at who is representing them and what this is doing to their reputation. Ryan should be removed by the rank and file members of the Organizations that fall under the OFL. It is time that the message gets sent to the Ryan’s and Hubich’s that we no longer need their type of confrontation.
So then was the occupy campout just a union protest all along? Oh and I don’t like Sid either. I had to skip the old Michael Coren show on the Fridays he was on.
I sure hope Sid and his ilk had a permit to march on those streets. Where’s the water canon when you need it?

Ryan was grabbing her arm, and kind of pushing Delaney around for about 10 seconds. Terrible.
The best part is that SUN pushes these characters and they will begin to understand that the free ride is over.
Mr Coren’s guests are his choice and I don’t have to like them. The reason I don’t think he (Ryan) should be on the show is that he doesn’t add anything to the discussion.
There are many individuals available to make a serious contribution, although I don’t agree with them.
At least Sun news does it’s job which in our country is an amazing accomplishment.

It’s great how often somebody freaks out on Sun news because people like Delaney actually ask a simple question that they can’t or won’t answer. And they politely and professionally ask for clarification if necessary, they don’t just smile and accept blatant nonsense. It’s sad this approach has become so rare; one would assume it would be the standard.

Looked like a simple case of “common assault”, it on video. Is he in custody yet?
I remember standing in a meeting at a St. Catharines manufacturing plant in 1981 which was closing because of the extreme interest rates @19%-established to stop the “stagflation”.
Mr. Ryan was in attendance as well as several local politicians to milk the publicity as much as they could.
My position with the company allowed me to understand the impossibility of operating the business going forward and as I came from the factory floor with my Mother and younger Brother having worked there as well, I was trusted.
I stood up to say to the to the less informed management employees and a couple of slick financiers who were attempting to convince the ordinary workers to turn their severance package into shares and keep the company operating, “It will not be a wise investment unless it is money you can afford to lose”.
My next comment was along the line of “it is unfortunate when political people move into these situations for media face time”.
Ryan immediately blew his cork, literally yelling and I paraphrase;”if there was anyone trying to gain political advantage from this situation he would ensure they would never get elected because he was now the President of the local U.A.W. and they would follow him in destroying any such politican.
The manufacuturing plant closed. The Canadian Management were successful in having the recently enacted legislation brought into play and the severance pay package higher than anticipated.
Myself and the majority of other workers now without jobs were able to start fresh. Cheers;

In Canada we have two kinds of “Sids”: Sid the come-back kid (the young Crosby), and Sid the over-aged juvenile delinquent (the old Ryan).

It’s my belief that the appearance by Sid and company wasn’t so much there to intimidate the police, but to strong arm the remaining occupiers the same way a pimp corrects his workers.

When the cops and city workers moved in to clear St. James Park most of the tents were empty and their occupants had left.
Something was said on th TV to the effect that the OFL wanted to recover the tents they had provided….maybe that’s why the useful idiots just packed up their gear and simply abandoned the tents….
