  1. If anything good comes out of this, it will be that the next time some motley gang of disgruntled college kids who didn’t get and are not likely to ever get their jelly donut comes around with their tents, bags and drugs, they will given the bum’s rush.
    I hope these alleged, and most cowardly leaders have figured out that these people aren’t good for anybody.

    Maybe you mean well, but you are doing it wrong. The real oppressors in western societies are the elites that make up and control academia, unionized bureaucracy, media, and politics. These lock step lefties all live off the common working man that actually produces the wealth in our societies. Like this lady’s husband. And these elites are bankrupting future generations with useless consumption style social program spending today. In the developing world the equivalent is often the religious fundamentalists, and or corrupt party apparatchiks. The proof is in the many hundreds of millions lifted out of poverty in China, India, former east bloc countries, etc. by the recent throttling back of this socialist type yoke. The maroons on OWS would march us right back to this proven utter failure. Just because they lack common sense, does not mean we have to follow their fascist scented fantasy.

  7. The problem isn’t the jerks in the tents. The real problem for Vancouver is a nutbar ultra left Mayor. Folks in Vancouver deserve all the crap they get when they elect such idealogues.
    Glad I left!

  11. We can only hope that the Occupy folks continue being useful idiots in the conservative interest.
    Every day they stay the dimbos on the left lose a few more points.
    Every death, every rape, every assault, every riot, arson and twinkie finger salute makes the left a laughingstock.
    Long may they run.

  13. The OWS protesters remind me of The Man of La Mancha they dream the impossible dream chasing windmills of the left. Fighting dragons of the right or that is what they think are the dragons.

  17. Just caught the morning CityTV news – the protestors are insisting they will NOT leave (until when? Marxism is adopted worldwide? Pfffftttt!) – despite not having an agenda of any kind, cf. my post here.
