  1. Imagine the bump Obama could have gotten if he had supported the Iranian counter-revolution…
It seems as if Obama won’t support any popular movement that wants to take down any repressive government committed to socialism or Islamism.

  2. I though Obama’s hit on Bin-Laden was rather impressive. I also believe that reliable sources say that a USA drone was used to cripple Gaddafi’s convoy, forcing him into a culvert!! What more do you want? Hiroshima! Some of you are as predictable as a Catholic mass!

  3. Obama didn’t take out Bin-Laden or Qadaffi. He was in Washington DC during both incidents.
US forces did all the work-It just happened to be
on his watch. Bush put out the hit on Bin-Laden and NATO assisted in having Qadaffi neutralized.

Not exactly true, he supports the Occupy Wall Street faux communist revolution which unwittingly wants to take down his government which is committed to socialism or Islamism. They simply don’t have the faculties to understand that themselves and believe their cause is about something else.
He’s looking for “change” from the inside, and he’s getting it through proxy.

  5. “I though Obama’s hit on Bin-Laden was rather impressive.”
Dude, the Colonel doesn’t actually kill all those chickens himself.

  6. I’d imagine the Public Enemy #1 of the Obama White House is NBA commish David Stern.
I can’t imagine anyone more loathsome in BO’s eyes.

I noticed that BO can take credit for killing Osama and others, even though he’s simply continuing GWBs policies and doctrine, because the kills are on his watch. That said, it seems fair that he also take credit for the economy and how it’s responded on his watch. Now… you can argue that Obama didn’t follow GWB’s economic policies and doctrines and therefore it’s not Obama’s economy, it’s Bush’s. I think.

  8. Does anyone else remember when we supported the the despot and fought the revolutionaries. The Shah must be scratching his head somewhere.
Now we bomb the despot and and set up central banks with the crazies…or am I am missing something?

  9. OK, so we didn’t do so good against the kids in VN, the kids in Somalia, the kids in Lebanon, the kids in Iraq or the kids in Afghanistan, but we are awesome at murdering unarmed old men.
    Ooh Rah.

  10. ‘… you run out of other countries’ dictators to kill.’
I would rewrite that to say
“… You run out of other Countries none Sharia compliant Dictators to kill to expand Islamist aspirations..”

Bingo, Knight 99. The ‘I One’ is as transparent as cling (on) wrap. If he can murder one nasty American citizen, he can put a hit on any American Citizen. Sets a president…err Precedent.

Yeah, that was back during the Cold War when the despots we liked were against being taken over by Soviet backed communist insurgents.
*the key words in the above sentence are Cold War-Soviet-communist*
Some people think the global political dynamic has changed since then requiring a change in policy.

  13. “The problem with this is that eventually…”
‘… you run out of other countries’ dictators to kill.’
Most often when a country has it’s dictator killed that dictator is just replaced by another dictator, so running out shouldn’t be a concern.
That said, if Obama wants to take credit for killing Gaddafi it should be noted that Gaddafi was killed after he was captured, which makes Gaddafi’s killing a war crime.
I’m all for giving Obama, Commander and Chief, credit for committing a war crime.
When does the his impeachment and General Court Marshal under the Uniform Code of Military Justice commence?

  14. Well … if the guys would get serious about playing Whack-A-Mole with the likes of Qdaffi and their repplacements … eventually the would be tyrants would become a hard to find animal.
I can think of a few who should get a predator anal exam right away…..
But seriously … what part did the US actually play in this fiasco? As far as I know … the US was a reluctant participant in Lybia and only came along under demands fron NATO … based on whining from Fwance.
Ditto for Canada …. IMO we should have told the whole lot to go pound sand. The Islamist inflamed Mob is what took out the sad old POS …. everyone else was just trying to position themselves for political or possible economic gain. And as far as Fwance goes … they are the ones directly responsible for creating Qdaffi and his 40 year empire. The cowards and hypocrites should damned well pay for it.

  15. “The problem with this is that eventually…you run out of other countries’ dictators to kill.
Would be an exquisite type of famine, eh?

  16. I always thought Islamic dictators were what ya call a “renewable resource”.
Still, most of South America has been pretty stable for a while now. Maybe if Barry pops a few more they’ll go extinct? We can hope.
By the way, rhetorical question, why aren’t the peaceniks marching?

  17. ‘… you run out of other countries’ dictators to kill.’
No, that’s not possible. Too many people want the job. Many will figure they’ll die of old age or be assassinated by rivals before the USA roots ’em out. (Gadaffi and Hussein both died in their late 60s.)

  18. “If he [Obama] can murder one nasty American citizen, he can put a hit on any American Citizen. Sets a president…err Precedent.”
Sorry, that precedent was set by President Lincoln way, way back in 1861-65.
He “put a hit” on vastly more American citizens than Obama likely ever will.
That they were fighting in order not to be American citizens is neither here nor there since their rebellion failed.

  19. I wonder if BO worries about being the target of a Hellfire missile himself? When you run out of foreign dictators, people start looking for dictators elsewhere and since all the hardware is in place, why not use it when you find one at home?

That’s what you think. I have it, on very good authority, that each night, after Michelle and the girls were in bed, Bambam would board a secret supersonic Air Force plane, fly to the tribal territories of Afghaniland, and personally lead teams of SEALs and Rangers in the hunt for Osama. And what makes him super-brave, you know, is that unlike the military personnel, who were armed to the teeth, all Bambam had was a 3-iron.
As for Qaddaffi, Bambam had a specially equipped X-box installed at the White House (no way he’d use Sony, eh? They spy on their users), and he was controlling the drone that hit the Qaddaffi convoy.
    Bambam’s not just a president – he’s like Superman!

  21. He can kill off whoever he likes. He never did it at the right time, for the right reason and an unemployed, disenfranchised citizen won’t remember it come election time, anyway.

Nice try at revisionism, but fail. Most southern states had already formally seceded from the Union before the attack at Ft Sumter, which was the first shooting action of the war, making their people citizens of the Confederacy, not the US of A.

Nice try at revisionism yourself. Secession was ultimately a failure, my friend, so Confederate “citizenship” was an entirely moot issue.
