Turn off the cameras and civility would be reclaimed. They only act like children to impress the viewers, not the opposition.
On the other hand, there was no civility before the time of the camera.
The true solution is to make all of them remove their clothing and sit naked. That would be ugly but very civil. Turn down the heat too. Bet we would get a lot accomplished in very short order.

Did anybody actually believe Jack Layton when he called for “decorum”. I think his followers are doing exactly what he meant: “decorum” is Left code for “let’s get really nasty”.

I would say the leftists/liberals are children but that is an insult to children. When you are fully convinced that you are owed everything and do not have to obey commandments/morals/ethics/values/laws/rules, you can do anything. If you feel you are being beaten by logic, you scream that you have the right to civility, even if you yourself are racist and misogynist.
