  1. First order of business for any polititian that intends to do right, not steal and lie is, Know your enemy. Your enemy is, the so called Main Stream Media. Group think automatons whose only objective is to make good peoples lives as miserable as their own sorry existenses are.

  2. What would the reaction be if similar thinly-veiled – less than thinly-veiled, really – and *boosterish* murderish threats against Obama were published by MSM outlets?
The obvious difference between the left and the right at the present moment is that the violent, almost pruriently minded promoters of violence on the left are hiding in suits behind media edifices.
Absolutely appalling. I hope Time Magazine eats it big time for this one. Sickening.

  3. People watch the actions of the protesters. Once you are outside of that narrowly focused group it looks like an excuse for bad behavior. Hopefully anyway.

  4. Self-defined morals are a thing of the left. They are a moving target which is based on feelings and necessity. Reminds me of the way the Russian communists would drone,”it is not convenient”, their eyes glazing over, defaulting back into the socialists mindset, the programming having done its job.
The media of course will not show these images because they don’t want the scathing attacks for inflaming the situation as to what the left is doing. Evil hides under the cover of darkness, expose it and there is backlash.

  5. C’mon. We shouldn’t be admonishing the Left that it’s perfectly acceptable to “target” a riding and to use bullseye imagery and then turn around and fake outrage when they make a play on words with “Dead Man Walker”.
Let’s take the highroad and stick to the standard of first determining intent. Was Macleans really trying to incite violence against Mr. Walker? No. Let’s be the grown ups and lead by example.

  6. First of all, Dan S., the article was in Time, and not Macleans.
Secondly, while Time is obviously not trying to get Governor Walker killed, it’s worth pointing out the blatant hypocrisy and double standards of the MSM when one compares this story to the way in which the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords was covered.

  7. Globally the progressive left are becoming unglued, violent and out of touch with reality. All that froth and spitting can’t be good for them, I hope.

  8. Walker’s actions will produce prosperity in Wisconsin. By the time 2014 rolls around he will be reelected and the left will take more antacid tablets with their burgers and fries for a long time.
I do not believe the left will prevail in the next couple of sets of elections in the USA. The damage they do is too obvious even to some of the quasi useful idiots who aren’t able make sound judgments on their own.

  9. Dennis – thanks for the correction and I agree that it’s proper and just to point out the Lefts hypocrisy and double-standards. It’s important however, to avoid simply parroting their outrage and expecting them to realize their own hypocrisy. Call them on it – sure. Quid pro quo – no.

  10. 1 in 6 cops and 1 in 4 firefighters make $100K/year or more in London, Ontario. Compare that with our neighbours in the U.S. The average salary for a cop is $50/year and for a firefighter it’s $47.5K/year.
It’s time for voters to press politicians, at all levels of government, to put an end to public-sector collective bargaining. In Ontario, all its has ever done is to create two classes of citizens.

  11. Canceled Time sub 15 years ago. Time called a few times offering free sub for a number of months if I reinstated sub. I said no. Called again offering free issues even without renewal. I said no, would not let Time through the door under any conditions. They asked why so negative on Time. I cited a few examples of bias. Click.
Back then I had no idea Time and most other media orgs would continue to decay to the level they are at today. A truly tragic situation for a so-called learned society.
I eventually canceled all the subs – Time, Macleans, Wpg FP, Scientific American, G&M
    Do I miss them ?? hahahahaha !!

  12. “Civility” is the mating call for the ill-mannered and foul-mouthed leftist who screams and rants until someone stands up to him and calls him out on his violent tendencies. Then he rolls into a ball and begs for mercy. If the leftist can threaten Palin or Walker, he had better not appeal to natures better than his own. It insults us all.

  13. Good list Ron, you are truly a deep thinker like most that follow that list. Hopefully PMSH can find the time to follow those sites, see what the real people think, while Iggulas wife Zhossana is reading War and Peace while putting little Iggy to sleep.

  14. Civility = shut up, filthy Conservatives.
On the subject of Gov. Walker, he’s going to be out of the lime light PDQ as Michigan gets set to pass some serious emergency legislation. Rick Snyder is going to be the new boogyman.
“Michigan lawmakers are on the verge of approving a bill that would enable the governor to appoint “emergency managers” — officials with unilateral power to make sweeping changes to cities facing financial troubles.”
“Under the legislation, the Michigan Messenger reports, the governor could declare a “financial emergency” in towns or school districts. He could then appoint a manager to fire local elected officials, break contracts, seize and sell assets, eliminate services – and even eliminate whole cities or school districts without any public input.”
Why? Because places like Detroit are already closing HALF THEIR SCHOOLS next year, to avoid outright default on their bonds and payrolls.
Best part? The DemocRats are stuck trying to defend the crooked sonsabeeatches who ruined the place, and everybody knows it.
    AWESOME!

  15. Walker will come out of this fine . Its the flee-baggers that will face the wrath of the public.
The double standard is now so obvious even Liberals see it now. Its what they want.
Unfortunately for them, the INTERNET is alive & well with real news. Real people with real lives.

My excellent analogy of the Left and the Bad Guy in wrestling articulates your point exactly.

  18. Already we have seen “protestors”(rioters) making it prudent for the cops to evacuate Wisconsin legistlators from the Legistlature, through a basement door into a waiting commandeered bus….with the “protestors”(rioters) screaming and pounding on the bus.
This level of disorder is only a heart-beat from literally murdering somebody in the momment of rage.
This TIME indiscretion is not a spur of the momment slip of the tongue….it’s print media….with all G-d’s amount of time to stop/alter the message…
The time required to print, ship and distribute media is not subject to a 10 second delay window as in electronic media.
There can be no other conclusion that this is deliberate incitement…a criminal act….
