Colin Furze, 31, spent nearly three months converting the machine which has a powerful 125cc motorbike engine installed under the seat, five gears and twin exhausts.

I hope so, the scooters going 10 mph are dangerous enough, you can’t hear the suckers coming and then they’re on you like Quebec Liberals on a bridge contract, and God help anyone who jogs right instead of left.
At 69 mph there will be dead pedestrians all over the place, and eventually, dead scooter riders.

On my last trip to the Desert Botanical Garden just outside Phoenix, the fossils in their LiL Rascals were speeding and running into people.
One day in San Francisco, I saw a guy riding his scooter in the middle of a five lane, one way street, going the wrong direction. He rode right past four cops. One cop told him to get out of the road, but as soon as their backs were turned, he went back to the center.
They need to take a dirt nap.
I’ve worked in a low income home where some clients used these buggies. They were always hitting the doors and walls and chipping off the paint and denting the walls. With this bad boy, they’d be shooting through the walls! Eh…
This idea should catch on with old bikers too decrepit to handle the Harley,but too proud to be seen on one of those 10 mph slug-carts.

I’ve *seen* how the elders in my family wield those scooters; it’s best for all humanity that they go as slow as possible.
