The 23-year-old Nigerian man accused of the attempted Christmas Day bombing of an American airliner apparently turned to the Internet for counseling and companionship, writing in an online forum that he was “lonely” and had “never found a true Muslim friend.”
“I have no one to speak too [sic],” read a posting from January 2005, when Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was attending boarding school. “No one to consult, no one to support me and I feel depressed and lonely. I do not know what to do. And then I think this loneliness leads me to other problems.”
Read the whole Washington Post investigative journalism thingie, and you too, can join the millions of others who now know more about the college years of the Undi-bomber than they do those of the President of the United States.

Considering that he’s also Dutch, they’ll have to ban him from Britain, too.
It seems to me that the only way he could have got on that plane without a passport was because money changed hands – just standard operating procedure in cases like these.
I smell another diversion in the making – Tiger Woods – only lasted so long (perhaps he will overdose or something). A new scandal will soon emerge to divert the lame stream media from any truth about the knicker bomber (other than blaming Bush or the US for the attempted bombing). It is imperative the “heat” not be on him and what he is not doing. This whole lonely boy scenario seems rather fishy to me. It is certainly giving the community organizer another excuse to go after the CIA – I’m sure they have checked him out and know the truth about him – his only recourse is to seriously discredit them.
