Interestingly, the local head ACORN organizer in California, David Lagstein was caught on tape earlier this month speaking to an East County Democratic Club.
Mr. Lagstein stated: “…the attorney general is a political animal, but certainly every bit of the communication we have had with them has suggested that the fault will be found with the people that did the video and not the people with ACORN.”
Continuing, Mr. Lagstein stated: “…we are fully cooperating, some of the investigators visited our office this morning and I think they really understand what’s going on.”
Shockingly, we now learn that the ACORN office in National City (San Diego County) engaged in a massive document dump on the evening of October 9th, containing thousands upon thousands of sensitive documents, just days prior to the Attorney General’s visit.
It appears that affirmative action’s toxic venom has now contaminated organized crime.
ACORN organizer David Lagstein should be charged with conjunction abuse:

That’s a completely illogical use of the word “but”. This would be the correct statement:

Ah well, it’s nice of Lagstein to tip off the public that the findings of Jerry Brown’s future investigation have been predetermined.

ACORN isn’t much on basic rights. Some of the documents have names, addresses and social insurance numbers. In Canada that is in contradiction of the law and I’m reasonably sure that is also true in the US. Drive In The Stake. Enough already.
C’mon everyone, give ACORN a break. You people are simply always looking for the negative side of things.
In reality, after ACORN has been wrongly cut-off federal funding they are simply looking for more ways to raise funds. In this case, the ACORN office was dumping thousands of documents in the bin in order to make an application for AGW funding by creating a large carbon sink.
Today it was simply some documents, tomorrow the bodies start being dumped.
This appears to be the most damning evidence yet. It’s like Christmas came early. I hope not only is ACORN disbanded but it’s leaders end up in jail where they belong.

Of course the shredders, being of east european origin, couldn’t take the load and subsequently broke down. So the Stasi took to tearing by hand thousands of documents. Their own stupid moment came when they put torn documents of a kind into the same garbage bag. The West German authorities found hundreds if not thousands of bags. Putting the pieces together to reconstruct what was the East German police storyline took a great leap forward a couple of years ago when a German software company created an application that could scan each piece and then place them together.

So, the Attorney General’s office is colluding with the defendants to obstruct justice. ACORN already knows that they won’t be found guilty of engaging in illegal practices, i.e., using taxpayer money to fund illegal business operations.
No, the people who exposed them will be found guilty, because they didn’t tell ACORN that they were ‘undercover’ and not a ‘real’ business enterprise.
