    There are two properly signed-stamped-and-witnessed versions of the exact same nomination certificate for Obama/Biden. One, apparently the first version, included, as appropriate, a phrase referring to constitutional qualification. The second version omitted the constitutional qualification phrase, and was the version used.
    The McCain/Pelosi certificate includes the constitutional qualification phrase.
    Why did the DNC remove the phrase referring to constitutional qualification? Why did they do a second signed, stamped and witnessed certificate, the only change thereto being the removal of mention that Obama qualified to run for President according to the Constitution?

    FYI: The Advantage plan is an OPTION for seniors, that don’t trust Uncle Sam, to take the paid for basic medical coverage from the Gov’t plan and purchase a HMO… This is the only reasonable option for many senior citizens.
    Obama wants to lock Seniors into charity clinics (along with Aliens) & steal the money.

  31. I bit the bullet and flipped to MSNBC for a minute (no more than that, I get hives).
    They were in preps for showing Barry’s health care rally in Minneapolis and then switched to their live feed of the 9/12 gathering. Apparently they managed to find a spot somewhere in DC with absolutely NO ONE out doors on a weekend. Could not find a spot anywhere with people in the background.
    Strange dat.

  37. CNN site has it as its hed, saying that there were tens of thousands protesting. They use one unremarkable photo of the crowd and end the report by impliying that the protests were organized by conservatives and GOP groups. I wonder if they did the same during protests against the Iraq war and other left wing protests?

    Does he himself even believe the things he says about health care?

    BTW, just to check CNN’s coverage of the Tea Party, I just tuned them in (3:15 pm Saturday), and they are actually covering – fairly straight up – the ACORN stuff.

Your implication that the senior in question chose to be on Medicare – that he would prefer a government socialist option is wrong. If you are looking for morons look in the mirror.

  50. Word is that ABC News estimated the crowd at 2 million, but they could simply be gaming expectations. The “official” estimate, according to blog commenters, I would like a link, is 1.5 million. From an email to Instapundit “The crowd surrounds the capitol and extends past the washington monument!”
    That is a huge crowd, two or three Woodstocks.
    At any rate, I am pretty sure it is bigger than Obama’s pro health care rally.
