How do you rhyme a line like, “Cut the kuffir’s head off” ?
The lines in question are:
Every soul shall taste of death
All that’s well on Earth shall perish.
What’s not to like?
Sorry, too busy playing Dead Space and Rockband 2.
What game now?
“Every soul shall taste of death
All that’s well on Earth shall perish.”
Ahhhh the human empathy, love and tolerance just oozes from this religion of Peace….and such a tolerant sectarian reaction to Sony’s Koranic joyfulness just mails that message home doesn’t it?
spineless – Islamofascists scream, and Sony (et al) bends over
Islam is evil.
There, Daisy, I think I have captured the essence of your post.
Sony’s risk management teams decided to dabble in politics. Intriguing.
Is it me or is it a little crazy that Sony will bend over backward to change a song (which was supposed to be just gibberish I believe) because it sounds like the Koran, and being infidels they arent allowed to quote it, and yet, any other religion wouldnt give a rat’s arse if their sacred texts were put to song by accident?
Course… they may already be getting firebomb threats from those peace-loving people who dont want us taking “Every soul shall taste of death” and “All that’s well on Earth shall perish” lightly.

you think it’s just corporations?
looks like john bull has “assumed the position” too…
“Meanwhile, specially trained officers have been
supporting the men’s families and have been
speaking to community leaders.”

The cynic in me thinks that they’re simply creating controversy in order to hype their game.
Mr Teach.A company creating controversy to sell a product? Surely you jest 😉

Looks like I’ve got a stalker.
Doesn’t anyone remember the Byrds’ “Turn, Turn, Turn”? Almost the entire song is taken from Eccliastes, and I don’t recall a single Christian or Jew objecting; in fact, many people thought it was quite beautiful.
And, come to think of it, I thought the Old Testament was sacred to Muslims as well. Don’t recall them objecting at the time, either.
Look at the bright side, Daisy. I think we’ve spared everyone another long-winded and repetitive diatribe on what you and frontpagemag think about Islam.
