… for the first time since the Spanish came, whites left California. Two million departed. From July 1, 2005, to July 1, 2006, 100,000 more packed up and headed back whence their fathers came. The “Anglo” population of the Golden State is down to 43 percent and falling fast. White folks are now a minority in Texas and New Mexico. In Arizona, Hispanics account for over half the population under 20.
The future is not in doubt. Why ought this be of concern?

Alby just got himself evicted. In the future, don’t respond to his comments, should he attempt to post here again. Nobody gets a second chance to insult their host.
The rest of you : if you don’t like what Buchanan wrote, then critique his piece on its merits. ie: prove his facts are incorrect.
Calling someone a “bigot” is cheap namecalling, and generally the tool of the person who has no logical argument at his disposal. If you don’t understand that his thoughts echo a sigificant percentage of American public opinion, then you’ve been watching far too much CBC.
Of course it was a joke.
All we need is a voluntary, free spirited, open-ended program of procreative racial deconstruction/ Everybody just gotta keep f**kin’ everybody til they’re all the same color.

Kate degreed: “Nobody gets a second chance to insult their host.”
Clear, concise, and proactive! It is, after all, your *home*. Good on ya!
Now you will be labeled as intolerant. So be it. When the majority of the population has finally had it’s fill of the devisive inaneness, rudeness, crudeness, and general bad behavior that it is being told it MUST tolerate the backlash is going to set liberalism back several decades. Don’t you feel guilty? 😉
This again brings up past suggestions that the invokement of the KKK in an argument, in a way as to disparage or insult your opponent, should be appended to Godwin’s Law.
[Godwin’s Law (also known as Godwin’s Rule of Nazi Analogies) is an adage formulated by Mike Godwin in 1990. The law states:
As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one.
There is a tradition in many online discussion forums that once such a comparison is made, the thread is finished and whoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically “lost” whatever debate was in progress. This principle is itself frequently referred to as Godwin’s Law.]
Kate is entirely right when she suggests that a lot of Americans feel in accord with Buchanan.
Although I think I would probably call it “white fight” rather than “white flight”.
The provisions of this amnesty bill would allow the recipients to bring their families to the US. This immediately swells the ranks to something like 50 million Hispanics.
In the US we depend on people at least having a mild knowledge of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and an appreciation for our country’s history. And this has to be internalized like a compass pointing true north, not just an interesting set of speculative ideas.
This bill does not even have provisions for immediately deporting the many thousands upon thousands of illegal gang members such as MS13.
This bill would overwhelm our Social Security and Medicare programs when they are already taxed to the limit as we await baby boomers’ retirement.
I could go on and on. But suffice it to say that should this transpire, the America that Canada has always known and relied on will quickly change into something else.
Leftists in Canada of course would at first revel in the dissipation that this horrible bill would bring. But soon the knowledge that Canada is secure because of the US would diminish. Deals that would normally be made with Canada will be made with Mexico. Canadian whites will feel more and more alienated from the US as America finds it even more irrelevant as they embrace Mexico and South America.
This is a horrible bill, and it is remarkable that Republican politicians have revealed themselves to be so craven and indifferent to the voices of the American people. This is a betrayal of such proportions that it could destroy the Republican Party. Remember that every time you think America is conservative, you have to double that when thinking about Republican primary voters.
We are fighting this tooth and nail. It is unbelievable that Republican politicians are flying in the face of 85% of American citizens. We will see who ultimately prevails.
Featherbrain39a’s KKK argument, like so many others from the history challenged left, is fantasy.
Confederate general Pike, at the time, grand master of Scottish Rite freemasonry was also the father of the KKK. He was also a southern Liberal. As all Klan members were. In fact the Democrat party was admittedly the proud party of the KKK until the late 1920’s,
The original (Conservative) Republican party was originally called the emancipation party.
But then, lets not let a silly thing like historical fact get in the way of feelings.
What we need is to post troops at the border, and give them orders to shoot first and ask questions later!
Thomas,
As to your point that a declaration stating that America was founded as a Christian nation, this may interest you:

It’s an interview with Bush, clearly stating that he is a universalist – that there are “many paths to God” including Islam.
Kate: “Calling someone a “bigot” is cheap namecalling, and generally the tool of the person who has no logical argument at his disposal.”
I agree. But that form of “argument” appears to be the norm here. Too bad there can’t be some real discussion – even debate.
“Confederate general Pike, at the time, grand master of Scottish Rite freemasonry was also the father of the KKK. He was also a southern Liberal. As all Klan members were. In fact the Democrat party was admittedly the proud party of the KKK until the late 1920’s,”
That is revisionism of the highest order. If you’re going back that far into history, then you cannot equate “Democrat” with “liberal”. The Southern Democrats (or Dixiecrats) were generally the conservative wing of the Democratic Party, back at a time when both parties were truly big tents. Strom Thurmond was one of them, and there is nothing to suggest that he was ever liberal. I think you’re well aware of all this but want to score cheap points. I’ll attach the same credibility to that statement as I do to anybody who refers to the mythical “Democrat Party”.
IQ39,
You’ve been banned, you clown. Get lost.
The mis-named truthseeker,
As I said previously, “the history challenged left.” And then of course, like clockwork, an example of the history challenged left proves my point.
Little wonder you’re still a ‘seeker.’
There,s just too much profit to be made from illegal immigration to do anything concrete to stop it. I suppose we could start campaigns encouraging people to mow their own lawns or to scrub their own toilettes or to flip their own hamburgers, but doubt it’d be well recieved.
What I fail to understand about the whole issue is this: why would the anti-corporate, only-one-race-but-the-human-race Left advocate for the massive importation of cheap labour, the fuel of corporate profits, thereby enhancing the monpolistic position, something The Left decries, enjoyed by these many of these same corporations?
Is The Left still in favour of higher wages and better working conditions for ordinary people?
If so, they cannot at one and the same time promote and abett the arrival of millions of cheap labourers.
The one negates the other.
John Palubiski that is so lame I do know whites who flip hamburgers or clean toilets,
Do you think pre trudeaupia there were no janitors?
And when they get fired from that as part of being enriched by immigration to do other jobs they have to fight affirmative action programs.
If immigrants are only doing work people don’t want why do they need racist affirmative action programs?
Oh the Irony. The “darkies” are going to outnumber us, what will we do?!?!? God help us all!!!
Not too nice when “your” continent is “invaded” by people who speak a different language and espouse different values than you, is it?
As the saying goes, what goes around…well, you know the rest.
