Thanks, multirec. I really appreciate your suggestions. I’m calling the guy at hydro tomorrow, and I’ll ask him about some of the suggestions you’ve made.
I’m a total Luddite (sorry!!) when it comes to all of this IT/frequency stuff. I’d never smash anything, but I’m somewhat overwhelmed by all of the specialized knowledge and language. All of this technology actually uses a FOREIGN LANGUAGE: not English!!
Thanks for your very easily understood response!
“Thanks for your very easily understood response!”
No problem at all. Like I said earlier, if you do have to hard wire them, let me know, I’ve got some good tips so you won’t see any of those wires.
battery used in Highlander Hybrid is packaged in the newly developed metal battery casing.
Although it is only 0.014? (240 cells) in volume, it can deliver high voltage of 288 V. The improved cooling performance reduces loss of efficiency due to heat generation, ensuring that the battery can supply required electric power to the motors at all times.
Toyota uses the large format NiMH battery. I wonder what they pay to Chevron, the patent holder?
Large format? Not very large really, for powering the Highlander. Amazing. Photo at :
