Oy. I went and read the twaddle in the comments there to date. What a load of rubbish. The usual trash. What a senseless waste of human life. And that’s something to note. These are the kinds of people you want to avoid in life folks, at least as far as possible. Their lack of self-respect is contagious, hang out with them and it rots your soul too.
They are into it for the fight, not for the prize. Sun Tzu would advize that you should (1) know your enemy, and (2) choose your battle. Thus, the usual trash should be ignored, or killed. And considering that Canada is one of the best countries in the world to live in today, I’d suggest leaving the latter case to due process.

Personally I can’t decide if he’s creepy or stupid. I’m leaning towards the latter. I mean, he’s threatening — encouraged by the likes of Ti-Guy — to sue anyone who implies that he’s an anti-semite, yet he posts on his own blog that in his opinion an incident where a cinderblock was thrown through the window of the Hillel building, and the words “F*** Jews” scrawled on the wall is not evidence of antisemitism but rather evidence of the excessively “delicate sensibilities” of the man (“Whineberg”) who recounted the event.
What a weird crew of commenters, too. It’s like a bunch of back-woods semi-literates thrumming their little fingers and verifying each other’s fabrications about the people who live in the house on the hill. Yikes.

It’s looking more and more likely that “Ti-Guy” only posts when Robert has his hand firmly rammed up Ti-Guy’s ass. Could be some major league sock puppetry going on here. Richard Evans traced ” Ti-Guy’s ” IP address, and came up with Lucan as the place of origin. Lucan is a 10 minute drive from London, where Robert now claims to reside. Coincidence? I think not….
Who keeps copies of email? Well, technically, I have 53,167 email messages sorted into folders on my server machine, with full-text search (I just checked). Not counting all the nonsense I delete. The earliest message is about ten years old. In theory I’ve got all my email back to ’76, but I can’t read 9 track mag tape or 8 inch floppies any more, though they look nice in my museaum of technology.
Not surprising, I suppose, given that I happen to have about 2,025,330 files on that box, according to last night’s machine status report email for that node in my network. And, naturally, I’ve also got links to every web log comments thread I’ve ever posted in, now pushing 1,000, plus nearly 1,000 postings to my private web log since early 2001 (where do you think I keep pulling my quotes from ?-) Of course, all changes are backed up to a removeable USB drive and two remote server-farm mirror boxes every night. Really, it’s amazing how disorganized some people’s disk drives are, never mind their thoughts.
Interestingly, perhaps, I have zero copies of Frank magazine; I’ve seen it, but I saw no value. It’s sort of like Snagglepuss’s “Exit, Stage Left, In A Hurry Even”, where you’ll find the usual suspects hanging out.
But I guess that just goes to show what they say, eh: never bring a laptop to a server-farm fight.

I have read through this muck, and can discern no “threat” or “advocacy” of violence to the child in question. The comments are quite foul enough, however, without adding a non-existent dimension to them.
Robert is a provocative sort, in style, content and tone, but he makes a point: where is the conservative outrage when, say, Ann Coulter advocates murder and/or forced conversion of all Muslims–not in the combox of a blogger, but on national television?
