    1. His lawsuits are his weapon and they are very time sensitive which the media hasn’t picked up on. Probably failed to read the Constitution as their bullshiting the world.
      Meat of the lawsuits mean little. It is having them still in place to declare the Election will not be certified. And Trump is President for another term.

    2. Meh, I dunno. An executive order can’t supersede the constitution. And according to the constitutional rules for elections, in less than a month, unless there’s a miracle, Biden will be prez and that executive order will be in the dustbin.

If the President’s team can demonstrate the election was hopelessly corrupted by fraud, errors, and irregularity of mail-in voting, esoecially if there is ANY kind of foreign fingerprint of interference, he CAN, under the 2018 Emrgency Order on foreign election interference, order the entire Presidential election suspended, and require Congress to vote. Provided he has, at no point, conceded!!!

        In Congress, each state gets one vote. Not each Congressman/woman. Each state. One vote. There are 37 red states. 13 blue states. Do the math. He needs to carry 26 state votes in the House. Voila. That is beyond the margin even of RINO state treachery.

        At least that was my read of the Consitutional powers of the Executive Branch.

One of my theories, if they get into power, will be that Horrible Harris or “Lo Pan” Pelosi (or Shrillary) will take great delight in publicly tearing up the Constitution, like Pelosi did to President Trump’s State of the Union speech earlier this year… After all, it was written by old and presumably straight white guys; it’s therefore hopelessly out-of-date and no longer applicable to the current situation in the U.S….

    I just can’t name any of them who isn’t vile in every possible way… I think they’ll make an utter balls-up of things if they get into office; the damage they’ll do though, and the unlikelihood of them ever then relinquishing power after that, prevent me from enjoying watching them sink…

    1. Yes … the US Constitution was written in 1776 … when there were only 2.5 million people in America … and they were mostly white … and old. Oh! Wait! And we will all enjoy his dark, dark, winter”. “The most wonderful replacement for the horrific PDJT is suspending everyone’s constitutional and civil rights … and all the Silicon Valley ‘Leaders’ agree that it’s about time America divested itself from the Trumpian notion of personal Liberty and Freedom.” says the DNC sycophant newsreader.       1. It’s hard to believe that Biden and Barry even Harris, “were” lawyers. They can’t do what they’re trying to get away with. Trump is still POTUS and the USA has been in a state of Emergency since 2018 due to election fraud. Trump had signed an Executive Order to that effect.     3. Don’t forget it takes less than 40% of the vote to elect him. This is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on what day it is.

    It is less well known that LBJ learned his craft by having a special 1941 election stolen from him, by an opponent who delayed his precincts turning in the results until they learned how many votes they needed.

    Biden’s team stopped counting ballots so they could calculate how many votes were needed to be created to insure a win.

  20. Trump has been labelled the past president and Biden is POTUS in waiting. Any attempt to change that narrative will require calling out the National Guard. The question then becomes who will they be loyal too. This is not about a simply error in counting votes. This is an accusation of a coup orchestrated by the DNC. The world has seen over the past year that the DNC has a ground force by what ever name, ANTIFA or BLM. Trump had the universal support of police departments across the USA. Again, where does the military go?

    How many Americans will embrace the DNC in a futile attempt to resurrect a norm that will never return. Many parts of the American fabric are grasping for hope. Ultimately is won’t make any dif whether Biden or Trump. Neither will be able to save AMerica from the financial debt abyss that the world faces.
