  7. The Constitution says the state legislature determines the legitimacy of the vote. The Republicans control Wisconsin Michigan and Pennsylvania and North Carolina legislatures entirely. Force the democrat governor in each state to call the legislature back into session and they can conduct an investigation exposing the corruption in the so-called accounting process and rightfully allocate the electors to Donald Trump in at least Pennsylvania and Michigan and Wisconsin in North Carolina. (. Republican inspectors were not allowed to view any of the ballots, when they are actually entitled to see all of the ballots in any of these states. ) America cannot let a desperate group of criminals which is what the Democrat party has become to destroy their constitutional republic.

    1. I think that this is precedent from 2000. If the election was fatally compromised, and it’s up to the legislature to decide that, then the legislature chooses the electors. Governor has no veto.

      Trump has a pretty good hand here, and should win it if he plays it right.

      Meanwhile those legislatures can set the manner of their own election without approval of the governor. So they could institute anti fraud measures. Like Rudy said, voter ID is the least of it. It’s hard to get the scale even by bussing people in to in person to vote.

      Blue states gonna blue state, but red states need to protect themselves and the Electoral College will do the rest.

      If Biden does not have 270 electoral votes, house of representatives decides based on 1 vote for each state caucus (R’s win)
      So if the states above do not certify their votes then the 270 test will fail and 12th amendment activated

      12th used in past to deal with more than 3 candidates, none with 50% of electoral votes

  10. Except on a local level (maybe!) I will never again be voting in any election on a federal and maybe provincial level. Obviously, voting truly doesn’t matter.

    For voting to ever work, it should ONLY be – a CITIZEN registers to vote by proving citizenship, mandatory photo ID at the polling station, marks their franchise on a PAPER ballot, and deposits their ballot in a fixed box that never moves from that spot until emptied for counting. HAND counting only, NO machines. NONE of this mail-in or online voting unless you’re deployed military or in an embassy somewhere. Anyone caught involved corrupting the process is summarily tried and shot.

    Its the ONLY way now I will ever trust the process, otherwise, its as it has been said here so often – the people counting the votes are the ones that will continue deciding elections. And that doesn’t appear it will change any time soon. Only a massive revolution will change things. And even then, half the United States is okay with what happened, so even if the other sane half revolts and wins, the country will be split in two. It seems that should happen anyway, because clearly, there are two Americas.

    Already there was one story about a case that went to the courts and won by the Trump people where there were zero specifics of the case, only that a request for an injunction was brought by Trump and won and it had something to do with the election.

    This Hunter laptop has turned this thing into a a battle royale.

These people are highly motivated and desperate to force federal bail outs of their imploding pension funds. So it’s not all down to silly, perpetually aggrieved and infantilized women.

      Public sector unions have a vested interest in determining the outcome of an election.

They have absconded with the very basic principal of democracy. The one man/woman, one vote has now been thrown to the pigs, much like casting pearls before swine. It wasn’t enough to thwart voter ID, now the Democrats have descended in full public view to the level of the 1930’s NAZI party. If the illegalities committed by the Democrats under their no voter ID policies and now with their mail-in ballots are not prosecuted then the greatest crime committed against a free people has been accomplished and there is no going back to correct it.

    That,
    precisely, is why such elections will not ever be allowed. How would corrupt politicians ever get elected with free, fair, honest, open, confirmed voter ID, single vote elections!

    They all start off in politics as slightly above average pay, elected, representatives, and end their careers living like kings and queens in mansions.
    I just can’t seem to figure out how that can happen. /s
