Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Link not working.
Ditto from South Puget Sound area.
Yup. Nope. Alberta
There doesn’t actually seem to be a link there at the moment. Until it’s fixed, I think this is the story she was linking to.
https://pjmedia.com/trending/electric-car-owners-shocked-by-california-blackouts/
Haha. It reminds of of a suggestion I read once about when all cars are electric. The cars charge up in the daytime and are used as a great distributed battery at night.
Anyone see the flaw in this ointment?
Not a problem. TESLA Owners never FEAR range anxiety …
https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/10/11/some-californians-are-buying-gas-powered-generators-to-power-electric-vehicles-during-blackouts/
… So long as they own a REALLY BIG gasoline generator
Don’t rejoice yet. Trudeau will form a coalition with Shit for Brains Singh (hence the head diaper) and the whole shebang will lurch even further left.
The Golden Temple will be emptied as the entire Singh clan rushes to Canada with special dispensation. And think of the dress up opportunities for Dumb as a Box of Hammers Trudeau.
However — gas stations can’t operate without electricity either. So the point of this is…?
A small generator may be all you need to pump the gasoline from storage to the car. It just has to transport the fuel. The fuel will power the car.
The “fuel” for the electric car must be first generated and then delivered to the car battery. That takes one heck of a bigger generator, ahem like the grid. That is the point.
