Of the six summary conclusions, the first two are obvious and the last four are fantasy. They are only “straight-forward” or “sustainable” if you have $10 trillion dollars to spare and you can’t think of anything better to do with it.

You fail to acknowledge the elitist rule of resources: if one is spreading the gospel of “green” living … then they may use all the earth-killing fossil fuels necessary for; private jet travel, SUV convoys, constant jet setting to “climate seminars, and teach-ins, etc. This includes the manufacture of; Solar Panels, battery arrays, Windmills, and Tesla supercars.
The elite want fewer cars on the road so they can create elite only lanes which will allow them to easily get to their dachas in the country.

Climate Change..? my (_i_)….there are those in the higher echelons of the UN’s IPCC that will actually corroborate what I wrote above.
I’m not so sure the Chinese are 100% complicit in Australia’s Current woes…just that they are in Favour of anything that weakens the West. Renewables cannot and never will be able to produce BASELOAD power. One only need look to Kalifornia or Ontario for perfect Examples.
