    2. When my parents and I came over from Germany over 60 years ago, we knew that being able to speak English was a necessity as, at the time, it was the official language. We didn’t demand, or even expect, our neighbours to learn German.

    1. The -second- thing that hit me in viewing that piece (the “transgendered” male dog with backward dildo tail was the first thing) … was the couples FILTHY red leather couch. Says it all about their priorities. And there isn’t enough Lysol or PineSol in the LA basin to sanitize what I imagine has taken place on that couch.

    An article on how so many politicians have “evolved” on legalized marijuana. And the amazing thing is,every one of them stands to gain financially with their new outlook/investments in place. And the article mentions several of our “best and brightest”, both Liberal and Conservative who have experienced this bank account changing epiphany.

    In my usual cynic mode,I would call them “whores”, but will not do so this time as they MIGHT have had a genuine change of heart on this important issue.

    John Tory was supposed to make a big show of defeating a slew of bogus candidates (some of them fictitious) in a sham Toronto mayoral election.

    That’s why Faith was barred from debates. No real opposition candidates were supposed to be running at all.

    As it is, we may never know how well she really did. In a free and fair election, Faith might even have won.
