  3. Like the Healthcare Workers, Trudeau is burning out the Cops he has in Canada.
    This is strictly Trudeau’s big push at the enslavement of Canadians.
    When the Truckers Convoy was getting close to the city, it truly frightened him and he fled.
    Not knowing if these trucks would come barreling through the Parliamentary Buildings to reach him.
    He’s a coward and his true character was on display for everyone to see.

    The city of Ottawa invoked their Emergency Powers order but didn’t have enough cops to break this up so they requested the Provinces help. Doug Ford invoked his own Emergency Powers on Ontario to get more cops. It would have exposed that they too wouldn’t have enough cops and the ‘Bouncy Castles Insurrection’ would be going strong.
    Trudeau taking this personally do to his weakness of being any type of leader invoked his own Emergency Powers Declaration so that he could supply RCMP to quell this minor uprising. Don’t think for a minute that when this is over, Trudeau will have a Police Army type of detachment to quell any future uprising anywhere in Canada by strictly invoking his new powers act.

    Getting anyone joining the cops for domestic crowd control won’t be easy as he’s burned out this force of cops and anybody else who want to join the police will understand it’ll a shit job and no government loyalty to it’s work force.
    You can’t forget that the media is gunning for you as well as camera’s everywhere recording everything.
    I expect lawsuits everywhere as Trudeau set this up as a no win situation for the cops.

    1. ‘Cops are burned out’ isn’t what I’m taking away from this. They’re enthusiastic enforcers of martial law on triple pay. If you can point to any that have objected or resigned, I’d love to see it but I won’t hold my breath.

      I know good policemen (my brother in law is a staff sgt) but they’re in certain city police forces with higher professionalism than the RCMP and, clearly, the city of Ottawa. In fact, they have a very low opinion of their RCMP colleagues. I don’t think the Canadian public realizes just how low the RCMP’s standards have fallen as they pursue wokism on behalf of the federal government.

  4. In the police press conference where the chief of police said they are coming after protesters later to arrest and seize their bank accounts, he didn’t distinguish it was just truckers. Sounds like they are coming after everyone who was downtown and given the charter is scrap paper now and it seems the legality of it doesn’t matter. The government has deemed this entire protest illegal. One by one they are coming after you in the months to come. Good luck hiring a lawyer too with no money.

    What the article does not mention is that Kahkewaquonaby went to London to plead for residential schools.
    It was the Indians who wanted them, not the government.

    All those businesses that shutdown from the truckers will be so happy to see their businesses open now that people can freely move around town and buy their goods without those dirty truckers causing so much trouble…. oh wait…

    2. They were losing their businesses BEFORE the convoy and will STILL lose their businesses.

      Two such businesses are owned by Ivan Gedz, Local Union 613 and Jabberwocky. He is a complainant in a suit against the truck drivers. He maintains that he is losing his businesses. However, in a CBC article dated December 22, 2021, he complained that government assistance isn’t enough.

      So, which is it – the lockdowns or the drivers?

      Feel free to boycott or let his businesses expire from the lockdowns he supports.

      Another complainant is Zexi Li, a Chinese national who works for the government.

    3. Incorrect. The government has decided to bribe, err, HELP, the businesses that are closed in the name of squashing political decent, err, QUELLING a December 6th style attempt to thwart democracy. Each business will sell their sole for, err, RECEIVE up to 10,000 for their affected losses.

    Had they called for “Fweedom” they would likely have garnered the support of the US administration as a strategic partner.

    2. People need to stop peddling UN conspiracy theories. Yes, it’s a joke organization but the idea that foreign govts are going to send personnel to Canada to prop up Trudeau is ridiculous. Trudeau has all the support he needs within Canada, and the UN is a piss-poor sideshow on the global stage.

    4. yes, UN planes in North Bay. Those planes are OWNED by Voyageur Aviation (headquartered and operating out of…. North Bay) and leased/chartered to the UN. They do their maintenance on their planes at North Bay. While it’s certainly possible that they flew in a bunch of UNthugs, it is far, far more likely that the situation is exactly as Voyageur has stated: the planes are there for maintenance.

      Apply Occam’s Razor until you find real evidence otherwise.

  13. Few ‘revelations’ this Sunday morning, why/how this is not Canada anymore:

    – Both madame Freeland and Ottawa police chief said that they’re freezing accounts etc. So your hard earned money are not your money if you don’t comply. And no one raised hell about this important thing so far.
    – Police forces can be violent brutes no pb, no matter what is written in Constitution or Human Rights Charter. There’s written on police cruisers “To Serve and Protect”. Yep, to serve and protect the Liberals maybe. From now on every time I see this ‘serve and protect’ BS I’ll remember the old lady trampled or the truckers grabbed like criminals from their rigs or the innocent folks pepper sprayed.
    – Political prison in Canada. Who would have thought? So you come here hoping to raise your children in a freedom/human rights/advanced society only to see that exactly the same crap you left behind is creeping up here.
    – Things will get even worse, there are some “Internet bills” on Parliament roster: C-10, C-36 “aimed at addressing harmful content online”. Take a guess based on this Parliament how these bills will go.

    So to sum all this, it’s clear for me that it’s time to go back. Have to sell everything while still the $ has some value, move back and buy a little property in the middle of nowhere. Lots of my friends/families I know already did that. And I envy them for the foresight.
