    The States are in a Union based on a contract that says the Union will abide by the Constitution. Texas was right: the States that deliberately wanted and caused the election fraud in their major cities, and the States that accept Biden as President, are no longer abiding by the Constitution. The States that do not accept the results of the theft pulled on the nation last November should withdraw their membership from the Union, from the “United” States of America, because the contract that held them to the Union has been broken. It’s time for the Constitutionally-minded States to form a different Union.

    If they succeed in doing this, and I hope they do, they will need to build very high and secure walls around their new country. Because within a few years, those stuck in the old union under the usual poor economic conditions, corruption and despotic awfulness of leftist regimes, will be trying to get into the freedom-loving and prosperous new United States as desperately as people from Eastern Europe tried to escape into the West in the second half of the 20th century.

      The primary allegiance is to the constitution. The Uniform Code of Military Justice makes clear the difference between unlawful orders and lawful orders, and who may draft them. First and foremost, the legal orders of the sitting President must be followed.

      They can have every SOS changing rules, and the SCOTUS refusing to look at anything, but President Trump still commands the loyalty of the armed forces. And I imagine that a fair number of veterans will still honour their oaths, too.

      IMHO this is part of the reason for the second amendment. If all other avenues to stop a coup have failed, then the armed military and citizens (otherwise known as “militia”) have a duty to uphold the constitution.

      Or the nation is no more. And your subsequent commentary comes into force.

        1. There was no fraud anywhere close to making up the margin of victory. Indeed, what widespread fraud existed was republican efforts at vote sabotage like faking ballot drop-off boxes.

          1. I’ll give you 1 of about 5 that readily come to mind. PA has a system for counting and tracking valid voters. According to the SURE system. there are over 200,000 more ballots in PA than there are voters.

            And that’s not even getting into the over 1 million votes that were dropped in multiple states after all invigilators were sent home for the night, all roughly 95% for Biden, 5% for Trump. How can an election be fairly counted when invigilation is not allowed?

            And if you really want to show me wrong, find me just 3 or 4 videos that talk to some of the over 5 million black inner-city voters that didn’t vote for Obama, but did show up to vote for Biden. Because that’s what the vote count is currently telling us, that inner city black voters love Biden far more than they ever liked Obama.

      1. Closing your eyes and going “NYAH-NYAH-NYAH” isn’t “can’t see it”, it’s “refuse to see it”. In the cases of the judges, they’re parsing legal terms to prevent the cases from being brought. That doesn’t mean no evidence, that means “we are doing our best to not see any cases therefore we don’t have to see the evidence”. That’s a world of difference from their not being any evidence.

        As an aside, any thoughts on who the unknown flier to pedophile island named “John Roberts” could be?

    This week after twelve hours of testimony about wide spread election fraud a Georgia state senate committee agreed that extensive fraud did indeed take place.

    They passed a bi-partisan, unanimous resolution to conduct an audit of mail in votes in the most controversial county. The conclusion of the hearings is at the 1:36:24 mark of the video below. (Part 2). The evidence is voluminous and the hearing provides twelve hours of riveting viewing. The press embargo is obscene.

    Similar evidence exists for several swing states. The failure of lawsuits is simply spin. The courts don’t want to get anywhere near this and have rejected suits on the basis of standing, laches and other procedural grounds. None of the cases have been decided on the basis of merit by examining the evidence.

      1. With no invigilation and re-counted by the same people who did the original count. Have you seen some of the signatures that they say matched? It includes 2 people who are under oath as saying “I did not request an absentee ballot, I was told when I showed up to vote that I had already voted, and when I complained about my ballot being stolen I was shown an envelope with a signature that looks nothing like my signature on file with my driver’s license.”

        When you do the same thing the same way with the same people and the same (lack of) oversight, of course you’ll get the same results. If those are the results that you want.

        The earlier results simply confirmed that you can count fraudulent ballots twice and get the same answer!

        1. The “audit” being discussed in Fulton country is a scam where some quack claims to have the ability to determined is a ballot is “fraudulent” with his magical machine. These techniques have no track record or history that would allow anyone to assess their accuracy which means any results are essentially meaningless.

          Reading this quack’s claims made me think of the FBI forensic evidence scandal where people were convicted based on hair analysis techniques that had little credibility.

  10. The Republicans will protest the results on the 6th in both the House and the Senate. The time to debate each protest is limited and it is as yet unclear as to what type of evidence will be allowed and whether or not they will be permitted to place evidence into the Congressional record.

    The one certain positive outcome will be that this will be on national TV and the press won’t be able to cover it up.

    The half of the Nation that’s in the dark will be shocked.

  12. The Georgia Senate election fraud hearings had a dramatic moment. All states using the Dominion voting machines have been claiming that the equipment is impenetrable to outside manipulation because they it is not connected to the internet.

    During the meeting one of the witnesses announced that they had just been able to hack into one of the machines being used in the current highly significant senate run-off elections! Here’s his announcement:

    The same witness testified (convincingly) that given access to the ballots his optical technology would be able to detect counterfeit ballots at a very high speed and with great accuracy. This led to the unanimous agreement of the committee to ask for the ballots.

    Another witness showed film of a shredding truck at work outside one of the polling locations. What was being shredded was not totally convincing, but it sure looked like ballots. By law, ballots are to be kept for 22 months after the election.

    Another interesting piece of testimony was a demonstration of how a ballot can be altered in the Dominion system. The machine can be set to reject ballots at a high rate to be “adjudicated” by an election official who can then change votes at will leaving no audit trail.

    Tens of thousands of ballots were “adjudicated” without supervision.

    Lots and lots of interesting evidence! The senate committee leader said the election was an “embarrassment” to Georgia.

    The day after the 2016 election, at a nice golf course near Nashville, a local guy pulled out a huge wad of bills to pay his fees, once he saw the surprised look he felt it necessary to explain that it was going to be bail money for his buddies who were going to mess things up, but, he didn’t need to bail anyone out.

    Not a cheap course. And it’s a golf course, not a WWE event or boxing match.

    If the steal isn’t stopped, many people might regret going with the flow of corruption.

    Entrepreneurs in retail, restaurants, and other small businesses have been ruined by government. Bureaucrats and politicians are fine with that, and they think entrepreneurial people are passive suck ups just like them, but they’re not, they’re people of action who take risks. Pissing off people like them, who have nothing left to lose, could be a very big mistake.
