    1. I’m sure that some lefty is going to turn it into a case of at least one of the following:

      – toxic masculinity (alleging that the ship’s captain or pilot was male–blame the patriarchy),
      – “climate change” (why else was it there?),
      – violation of “social distancing” (hence a collision),
      – racism (black whale, white ship’s crew–who cares where the sailors were from?), or
      – politics (crew were alt-right anti-whale, anti-environmentalists).

That will be taken up by the MSM, which will display its outrage and indignation with endless reports and boo-hoo commentaries. Dear Leader Prinz Dummkopf the Supremely Magnificent (Long May His Wisdom Shine Throughout The Ages) will bring it up in one of his jack-in-the-box press briefings, lisping (perhaps even moistly) why it’s all Harper’s fault and that the Alberta oil sands need to be phased out last week, followed by tears because the critter didn’t die at the hands of native hunters.

As for the poor beast, well, it’s a necessary casualty in the Great Cause, isn’t it?

      Next victim of convenience, please?

      1. Her species isn’t threatened at least, the experts said.

I think she wanted to strike out on her own, live fast and die young, for a cause. The friends she left behind were fair-weather friends. She was looking for her mate — she never found him.

Now she is a lab specimen. People will learn from her. In the last few days she got her fame. Now she will be adored, they’ll write about her, have photos of her, and admire them forever.

She wasn’t content living in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence or even the Atlantic Ocean. She moved to Montreal for fame and fortune. She wanted to become a Star. She will never be forgotten.

She is a symbol of Climate Change.

Trudeau will come to her memorial. On bended knee he will cry and bemoan her loss. People will admire his shark skin suit, his hair combed back, all wet, his new Finn shoes, his boulevardier Bolsonaro, tipping just so, out of respect.

Greta will be there too, they shall mourn together…together for the World. /s

          1. Thanks for your inspiration B A!

Yes, it’s always “Climate Change,” or it’s always a lecture from the government. Your list is accurate. As you wrote,  “some lefty is going to turn it into a case”… etc.

Some sleuthing around and voilà, the following government action, yet again, proves that rules are for everyone BUT themselves:

Enjoy these 2 short videos of that: [“da proof is in da proof,” (who said that?) ]
In the second video, the English guys whisper, “they’re breaking the law.”

            —  Video # 1: Humpback whales startle Kayakers video, tells of law requiring boaters to be a minimum of 100 yards away from whales (2:34)
            https://youtu.be/G10_wHNNPeI

            — Video  #2: Government boat shows them getting too close to Hunchback whale (36 secs):
            https://youtu.be/B9ZpWlm6sBo

            Stinkers were breaking the law.
Of course, nothing will happen to them.

          2. Thanks for your inspiration B A!

You’re welcome. Considering current circumstances, the mockery often writes itself.

        1. Black Orca Lives Matter or Black Olives matter.

God (in exasperation) what the eff is wrong with the world these days. I feel like we are in a French Revolutionary period where everything is political and common sense has run off and hidden out of fear.

          Let the guillotines be oiled.

All this because Trump won in 2016? The only cure for this madness is an overwhelming Trump victory 2020. There will be vicious pre-death spasms but they must be endured.

          1. If Trump wins in 2020 they will double down on the stupidity. Count on it.

          2. Robert….I am glad I am not alone in thinking that there is a New VIRUS out there. Affecting mostly 20-35 yr somethings.

A New Rod Serling Episode of the Twighlight ZONE..Cause things are getting beyond Stoopid…and It all boils down to as you guessed it, Orange Man Bad – Donald Trump the supposed Great EVIL of our time.

I have often tried to understand the reasons for this HATRED and it just does not compute. ..??

I think had Jeffrey Epstein ran and won, (Dead or Alive), the Entire left woulda been simply Ecstatic…

        2. Well they had best harvest her. When they phase out oil and NG, we are going to need something to light our lanterns with.

    2. Rumor has it she was running from Michael Moore who was desperate for some loving after the left cancelled him.

    3. Sounds like they should ban shipping on the St. Lawrence. You know, something akin to the tanker ban on the west coast. If it saves one Whale life……..

    1. IIRC this is the Dindu Nuffin that had an armed 15 year old bodyguard, who returned fire during the attack, right? Or is this another one?

    2. :They say they received a call for shots fired around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the city’s north end just hours after a funeral for Dimarjio Jenkins, who went by the name Houdini.”
Maybe they thought “Houdini” was going to excape from that box and were just encouraging him with soothing sounds.

    1. That’s always the way. Remember some French guy called Napolean? The French people (yes, the French are people 😉 ) weren’t enamoured of the dictatorship but they were relieved to end the all-consuming revolution. Dictatorship was the lesser of two evils.

  1. Bill Gates and friends destroyed Seattle. Soon, he will move out, I think. Who wants poopoo in their downtown streets and crazy politicians.

Who would ever visit that city? The hospitality industry will be completely dead. Watch carefully to see where he re-locates, as he will train wreck that next locale as well.

His perfect home will not sell well, hopefully. Maybe some rich off-shore friends will see a money-laundering opportunity.

    1. Gates has a great deal of influence in the area.

More than 20 years ago, during a trip back from a conference at which I presented a paper, I had a stopover of several hours at SeaTac. Gates had stepped down as boss of MicroSlop and it was the major news item on all the airport TVs. It was the same report over and over and over again…..

    2. Yes, this is very bad news for Seattle. It has been a destination for tourism, MANY BC visitors throughout the year, with more during the May-September summer season, for a whole host of reasons, shopping, Pike Place, Southcenter, Space Needle, Mariner games, etc. We make annual long weekends there, for those reasons, travelling around the greater area, Lynnwood, Mt Vernon, Tulalip, etc.
The wife was just saying, she wants no part of Seattle anymore. Can’t say I disagree, Lynnwood is as close as I want to get to that socialist, Marxist hellhole, if we ever go there at all.
WIll also be writing to the Mariners ball club, and let them know that my visits are done, Seattle is too dangerous to visit, ever again! They probably won’t listen, but they need that feedback, their product is getting damaged by this garbage.

    3. Seattle was nice when I lived there in 1982. Went back to visit in 2017. Prefer the 1982 version. Back to 1982, worked 3 months at Todd Shipyards despite being a blow-in from Oz and no work visa. Saved enough money to keep me fed and housed for my first year at Uni (in Oz).

      1. Pete, the older version of damn near anywhere is looking better than what is being created.

    4. Starbucks which started in Seattle is closing up to 200 locations in Canada and 400 locations in the United States in the next 6-9 months. I wonder how many will be in Seattle.

This is the snake eating its own tail.

      1. Starbucks closing some of its outlets! Oh no! Where will Antifa get its new recruits from?

  2. Breitbart is reporting a protester was injured while toppling a Confederate statue.
It apparently hit him in the head….

    1. In related news, a Brazilian woman smashed the rear windshield of a guest at a party being held in a neighborhood of Río, in open defiance of shelter-in-place order nobody in Brazil takes seriously, having apparently tired of enduring people enjoying life.

      Hilarity ensued.

The owner of the car turned out to be an off-duty cop who decided it was time to set an example. He and several friends immediately caught the vandal, forced her to the ground and broke several of her bones while first responders looked on.

And yes, he expected her to be grateful he didn’t just make her disappear. By the time he was finished with her, she was.

While a few bleeding hearts took Karen to hospital, our heroes went back to the party for a well-earned beverage.

Update on the Tim Hortons cop writing covid tickets to people in parking lots.
He had a lawyer send a letter to Rebel News claiming that playing the recording of his behavior constituted defamation, the lawyer would not accept the call from Ezra.

The letter deserved the old Cleveland Browns legal reply:
    “Dear Mr. Cox:

Attached is a letter that we received on November 19, 1974. I feel that you should be aware that some asshole is signing your name to stupid letters.”

  4. Looking for information on a petition to end “systematic racism “.
I’m all in favour of removing those racist laws like for example the Indian Act, which is part of our system and is racist.
If anyone finds a link to such a petition can they please post info?

  5. Blackie’s bought and paid for media this morning is pushing for all mention of our racist colonial past be removed. This includes the statue of Ryerson who is credited for the establishment of our education system in Ontario, and of course statues of Sir John A. Macdonald our first prime minister. Perhaps statues of Great Leader Justin Trudeau can be erected across Canada.

    1. Well then.
Let’s be equal about this then.
Any PM that was in office while the residential schools existed shall have their name stricken from any public structure or organization.
So we can start by calling the international airports in Montreal and Toronto something else.

  6. Racist Labradorans!
    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundland-labrador/owolabi-cpsnl-complaint-1.5606554

“A Labrador doctor who was disciplined in 2016 and 2018 after five patients complained of inappropriate touching and sexual comments is facing another hearing because of a sixth complaint.
The College of Physicians of Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador said Dr. Adekunle Williams Owolabi has not been licensed to practise medicine in Newfoundland and Labrador since Nov. 26, 2018.”

  7. Fatah at the Toronto Sun writes about the death of journalism in Canada. Although I disagree with his statement that Wendy Mesley is a great journalist.

  8. A racist policy will make things better.
    https://www.thestar.com/news/world/us/2020/06/10/california-assembly-backs-repealing-affirmative-action-ban.html

“California is the nation’s most populous state, and it’s also one of the most diverse. Hispanics surpassed whites in 2015 as the state’s largest ethnic group. As of 2019, Hispanics make up 39% of the state’s population while whites account for 36.8%, according to the U.S. Census. Asians account for 15.3% while African Americans make up 6.5% of the state’s population.”

25 years ago people voted against AA. What happens if they do it again?

  9. Apparently Canada has its own version of Biden’s if you vote for Trump you ain’t black. True North reports on the black man born in Africa who was told he could not speak at an event in Alberta because he is a cabinet minister in Jason Kenney’s government.

    1. Red Rachel and her International Brigades only allow black men who shine her shoes to speak.

    1. “Not sure what to put this under.”

Call it a billion man army with no wives, unless they collect them as war booty.

      Incentive.

  10. For those that are interested, Great Leader is making another phone call this morning to an African shithole nation to drum up votes for that UN Security Seat.

  11. Great Leader is on his media today outraged that the opposition won’t pass his legislation. How dare they oppose his dictatorship.

  12. “What happens if they do it again?”

Probably the 6.5% will rise up like they did in ’92 and burn Lil Korea Town to the ground again.

  13. Bongo’s outrage with himself didn’t stop with him taking a knee to protest his own policies. No sir.

Today he upped the ante and is now full engaged in self flagellation.

Canada is involved in systemic racism. WACK.

    We can do better. WACK.

    My government intends to…WACK.

It’s all so tiresome. He’s been there 5 years and has changed absolutely nothing. All he does is talk and talk and announce the same programs over and over and….

The guy is just full of shit

    1. Well, he’s banned ARs, M14, and Ruger Minis, for a change. That’s quite an achievement. He must be a real hero, to ban an AR-lookalike 22LR. Khanada needs more heroes like Her Unroyal Lowness.

  14. If you didn’t already know – and why should you? – ‘TERF’ is an acronym coined by trans activists, which stands for Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist. In practice, a huge and diverse cross-section of women are currently being called TERFs and the vast majority have never been radical feminists. Examples of so-called TERFs range from the mother of a gay child who was afraid their child wanted to transition to escape homophobic bullying, to a hitherto totally unfeminist older lady who’s vowed never to visit Marks & Spencer again because they’re allowing any man who says they identify as a woman into the women’s changing rooms. Ironically, radical feminists aren’t even trans-exclusionary – they include trans men in their feminism, because they were born women

  15. Now they are coming for Paw Patrol.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFUsjB2ASgc

For those unfamiliar, Paw Patrol is a cartoon about dogs, each with a stereotype occupation, that act as a team to solve problems and rescue people in danger, usually with some elaborate plot that requires them to cooperate because each has a special skill that is needed to solve the problem. Turns out that since Chase is a police dog…

    1. Full blown insanity. Paw Patrol is responsible for my 3 year old grandson idolizing firemen, they are superheroes to him. Took him to a municipal firehall and they treated him like royalty, he was over the moon. When we left he told the young fireman that he can’t wait to grow up and put out fires and help people and do good. Such a horrible message PP is passing on…the only message is coming from progressives telling the world what complete ass holes they are.

  16. Once again Great Leader Shit For Brains will be phoning tomorrow a leader of a small shithole nation to drum up support for that UN Security Seat.

  17. Just to add a little humour to the comments, it might be of interest to some readers, especially those of the True North Strong and Free. The RCMP in its letter to all gun owners have warned that the energy at the muzzle must not exceed 10,000 Joules as a point of interest this equates to the energy of three 60 watt light bulbs. Whisky…Tango…Foxtrot….What idiot worked that one out for the pony soldiers?

  18. If you’re referring to HP, I quite agree. Most of the computers and printers I’ve used were complete junk, good only for cannibalizing for parts when they died.

The company’s sure not the same Hewlett-Packard that used to produce the best calculators and electronic test equipment in the world. Apparently, it still makes calculators (still using Reverse Polish Notation) but the instrument division became Agilent Technologies about 20 years ago.

    1. I’m not surprised at the decline in quality of HP products. For several years, the company had a death wish, which was demonstrated by hiring one useless CEO after another, including the much-vaunted Carly Fiorina. She came close to running the firm into the ground before she was booted out.

It seems to have stabilized in the last decade, but 15 or so years ago, it’s a wonder it even survived.

  19. I’ve been a Dell man for about 20 years. Just bought an Inspiron 17 3000 = about 6 months ago. Best thing about Dell is you get what you pay for, no bloatware. Shipped right to you. I used to lease computers from Dell when I was in business, 2 at a time at staggered intervals. Only one issue with one of them and Dell tech fixed it at home.
The new ones are Chinese parts/made?, but you can buy whatever tech support you need. Lappies are fine, but a desk job….sky’s the limit. They work right out of the box. They’ll fix/replace and stand by their products. HP are Chinese made, I think. Price? Well, like everything you get what you pay for. They last forever, though. I have an old Dell Precision 1650 workstation, running Win 7 Pro, 16 GB, dual 500 GB drives, plus a few external drives and run my photo stuff on it now. My last Dell lappie still runs, but I can’t remember when I got them. Probably 10 years ago.
For printers I use Canon inkjets. I’ve owned 2. The current one is 10 years old and runs fine on this new Dell i7 lappie. Just plugged it in and off we went.
    Get a Dell.
