I love how she (it, he, su, mi, loj, or whatever her fricking pronoun is) is able to tie this into quantum theory, or it least includes the words quantum theory from a reference. Apparently particles touch each other, perhaps romantically, and this creates infinite touching across other particles.
The blissful ignorance of her own absolute uselessness is what I find truly amazing. I don’t expect morons to write shakespeare as they are clearly morons. However, to be a moron and convince yourself that shakespeare is beneath you takes an astounding amount of stupidty and ignorance to achieve. If somehow we could harness that stupidity and turn it into real energy. I would suggest we start by replacing donkeys on the traditional donkey water mill with her and her colleagues, at least then they would actually DO something. They can also touch particles and themselves all they want at the same time

Springgay offers consulting services, I see, aimed at those hoping to fund their leftist activism, hobbies and drinking sprees with a Canadian government “art” grant.
I’m sure she writes better than this on the grant applications. The rubbish she publishes in the academic equivalent of a vanity press to avoid having to pay the money back is a means to an end at best.

Yup. When I was teaching at a post-secondary institution, I ended up with the results of all that horsing around. I had students who not only were lazy and self-entitled, they had little of the background required to take my courses.
Every time I brought up the matter with my superiors, I was told that I had to work with what I’d been given. In other words, I was expected to produce nothing but silk purses with the sow’s ears that the institution was all to willing to accept. I was expected to take all the risks and make all the effort as I couldn’t count on getting any support from those above me.
Another problem was that the administrators were easily swayed by whatever educationist fad happened to be in vogue at a given time. Often, I felt that actually teaching the course material wasn’t near as important than the implementation of the latest fruitloop educational doctrine that was being imposed on us.
I quit more than 15 years ago, and I have absolutely no regrets about it.

Perhaps the “social sciences”, “liberal arts”, or whatever they call themselves these days should all be required to study history, classics, and civics in depth before being allowed to venture into these contrived studies, most of which seems to be a form of nihilism / Marxism masquerading as academic pursuit. These flakes appear to be ignorant of where civilization has come from, that there is little to nothing “new” in social sciences and philosophy and yet they claim to be pushing the academic envelope while in reality vandalizing civilization.

Well, John, that is the problem. The liberal arts used to actually deeply study classics, history, literature, philosophy, etc., and thereby imbibe a full sense of the way of the world. These newish twits found such rigorous study to be too hard, plus they hate the Judeo-Christian and Hellenic roots of what used to be the West…..coupled with the insidious growth of Marxist haters etc., which has devolved into what we see here. Et farking cetera….
All these years I’ve been wondering how my 50 year-old Stetson managed to hold itself together so well. Each year, I’d bring it out for Stampede and it just seemed to be sitting there grinning at me.
