They printed a CNN hit piece about Trumps infidelity and Hillary’s pure love of all women and those things that are holy.
Then they finished it off with several Hillary polls telling my gullible friends the winner Hillary had a 71% to 27% presidential advantage. No way she could lose! Some of my family refused to go vote because it had been drizzly and chilly.
Thank you Suckerberg and assbook for keeping Thousands of voters from going to the Hillary voting booths.

Zuckerberg IMHO resembles the actor Brent Spiner as he looked in Star Trek- The Next Generation who he played for 15 years, beginning in 1987. He was the man with superhuman strength and Zuckerberg even wears his hair similarly to the character. Also his name in the show is so fitting, that I bet the people at Facebook call him that, behind his back:

In recent weeks, AMC has been showing Farcebook’s “we’re sorry we got caught messing with your data and we promise never to get caught again” ads.
What was said is hardly reassuring.
Zuckerberg sounds nervous in this piece. He would be a different and calmer sort had he not gone public with his company. He has to be responsible to shareholders now when he has no tangible products within his walls. This is risky and it could all come crumbling down like a house of cards.
That, and he’s in Europe, which is not at all like ‘Murca. Different type of political animals. They have that super-aggressive privacy legislation, too, and can force all sorts of compliance that the US can’t (cf. Google and Microsoft) under all sorts of legislation. Downside: Europe is far more leftist.
So I expect to get a lot of appearances on my Facebook feed from auntie Hillary and cousin Chelsea and cousin Barak and my drunk uncle Joe as we head into the next election cycle…for my own “well-being”.

You and me both. And here in N.CA … I have to HIDE my political thoughts. I AM one of those “hidden” Trump voters who would NEVER expose their support for him for the public to see. So I would NEVER join fackebook and post all my likes and whatnot. That would have a deleterious impact on my business. Sad. But very true.

I am surrounded by friends and family who use Facebook. Some use it responsibly as a tool to keep up with widespread family, others seem to use it incessantly, almost like a drug addiction to avoid dealing with ‘real life’ around them. Personally, I refuse to waste any more time staring at monitors than I already do.
Some of the stories we have all heard about the lengths people will go to to maximize ‘friends’ and ‘likes’ on these social platforms are legendary. It’s almost like a ‘life simulation’ for some. But, was it not here that I read a study on how people feel worse after using Facebook, not better?
Anyways, what a breath of fresh air Farage is. Certainly his challenges to this ‘globalist propaganda machine’ are a delight to witness after watching Democrats and RINO’s in Washington trying to suck Zuckerberg’s c**k.
You know … when I FIRST heard the name … Nigel Farage (during the build up to Brexit) … he was described as a loud mouthed lunatic right wing EXTREMIST. And words even MORE unflattering. I had never heard or seen anything of him. So when I first saw a video of him speak, I was prepared to see some skinhead neo-Nazi looney. But … but … he wasn’t. He was articulate, calm, reasoned, and a lucid communicator (and I happened to agree with every word he spoke). So … I figured he must just be having a good day on his meds. Then … I heard Nigel again, and again, and again … till this very speech at the EU … and he STILL hasn’t “fit” the horrifying description I was given of him by the EXTREMIST left wing thought polizia.
It’s exactly THAT kind of … “well being” … that Zuckerberg seeks to distribute. “Helpful WARNINGS” to steer clear of articulate spokesmen for conservatism, freedom, and western culture. And if that clear speaking and clear thinking conservative spokesperson happens to be a black woman? Then Fackebook will never print her name ever again.

Per the Pink Floyd lyrics I posted above … Mark Zuckerberg is building a more cynical and formidable WALL than MY President ever even imagined. He is walling-off thought. Walling off ideas. Walling off humanity. He is acting in the same manner as our public school indoctrination centers. However, Mr. Zuckerberg should have learned from that example … that “(human) nature finds a way” (to misquote Michael Creighton). Our children have found their own way FREE from the suffocating safe-thought factories of our public schools.
I know Mr. Zuckerberg BELIEVES that he is “saving humanity” from the horrors of conservative thought. I have news for him … he will go out of business trying. Unfortunately Farcebook (and other social media entities) have become uncomfortably close to resembling public utilities inasmuch as many seem to rely on them to communicate. For this reason they need to be regulated.
Either REGULATE … or throttle their market share by limiting the number of members. It is a demonstrable MONOPOLY … when Google controls 90% of all internet searches. Sorry … monopolies are NOT what makes a FREE MARKET work. Making it impossible for competitors to enter the market is NOT a Free Market.

Exactly. The world is full of corporate progressives who have done very well as capitalists but have no or selectively little fealty to the freedom that made it possible. Zuckerberg comes across as a social misfit who brilliantly capitalized on the masses that think the world cares about their private lives and are willing to exchange their privacy for being “out there”. Still, it’s his (and other shareholder’s) business and no one is being coerced into make him rich. How many “conservatives” here would advocate for the federal government to tell Kate that she must be more balanced and post more leftist bilge on her site. The public utility argument should be reserved for “natural” monopolies. Anyone can get a web site and put themselves “out there”. Presumably Face book is much more convenient and better suited to link to “friends”, etc. But WTF do I know, I still have a flip phone.

This morning one of the commentators on MSNBC Sirius Radio said that the US “did not have the luxury of a dictatorship like China” and therefore cannot have any long term vision for its economy. Do these people even stop to think what they are saying? Shades of Justin Trudeau.

The new algorithm isn’t working. It took 3 days for my son’s Happy Mother’s Day message to me on Facebook to appear on my feed. He’s tagged as my son, it was Mother’s Day, so it should take a programming genius to put that in front of my eyes.
I’ll admit, I don’t check Facebook obsessively. I refuse to use there app. My account is locked down so tightly people who don’t know me can’t search me. But I sign in at least 2x per day on my computer because I manage a facebook community group so I need to keep an eye on it. The key is, I sign in from a fresh incognito window each time.
Was I being punished for my choice to ensure more privacy by not sharing cookies? No one will know for sure since Facebook’s algorithm isn’t publicly available. I do know I only saw his post when I brought up Facebook in my tablet’s browser without using incognito mode.
Give Mr. Z his cookies, and you’ll get the message from you son. That’s my takeaway from this.
(Thankfully, my son isn’t stupid, I had received a text message directly from him first thing in the morning, this was just icing on the cake. Er… cookie.)
