  1. So what. I experienced those kinds of temps in northern Saskatchewan, back in 1978-1985. It’s cyclical. Square wheels in La Ronge. You had to be careful where you put your whiskey bottles, or you’d get a concentrated version that knocked you on your azz, when you removed the slush from the bottle. We used to lie out in the snow to watch the Northern Light shows overhead. Suitably antifreezed, of course.

Her Dossier, and everything following it – Poison. And guess WHAT, Chelsea!? You’ve reminded us that the Fruit of your Poisoned AGW Climate Models … are POISON. NASA’s “adjusted” temps – POISON. The entire UN IPCC -POISON. Sea level rise -POISON. Sea temperatures … pure POISON.
    Stop POISONING the planet with every word pumped through the xylem and phloem of your POISONOUS Leftist Tree.

  3. You do realize that she’s being set up by some within the Dems for a run in probably 2024, with a Congress bid in 2020? Just like the Kennedys, we’ll never be rid of the Clintons.

  4. The first question you should ask when you are told X is the warmest ever (or in recorded history or in the last Y thousands of years, etc) is: how much warmer is it in degrees Celsius?
    Then ask : what are the daily, seasonal and yearly varation of X (in degrees Celsius)? Usually these temperature variations swing significantly more than X has increased.
    If they are actually able to answer those questions without a hissy fit then ask: Is the increase in temps more of an increase in daily highs and warmer summers *or* an increase in nighttime temps and warmer winters? Which regions are most affected – equatorial, polar or temperate regions? Warming in polar regions may have negative effects but a longer growing season and more frost free nights in the middle zones will have a positive effect on crop production (as will the CO2 fertilization effect).
    Forcing alarmists to talk in real, understandable measurements, instead of anomalies or obscure units that are a mystery to most people, would strengthen the lukewarmer’s case. Yes, it’s getting warmer. Yes, greenhouse gases can increase temperatures. No, the warming isn’t catastrophic. No, CO2 isn’t the only variable and it may not even be the most important variable. Yes, we should make gradual, cost efficient changes like coal to hydro and natgas then to small, modular nuclear power and/or new technologies not yet developed. No, we don’t need to panic, overreact and make things worse.

    If the Dems are grooming Chelsea for a run they better get after it. Not much to work with but the again neither did the libranos and look what happened.

    BTW … I thought any mention of “chains” … like “chain migration” was … racist?

    It has never been about “climate change”, it is about fulfilling Maurice Strong’s dream of deindustrializing the west and implementing people control and socialism. Notice that it is only those who are on the left and were soft on the Soviet Union who needed a replacement ideology and adopted AGW. When that proved fraudulent they then adopted the now more nebulous “climate change” and even a wart on your posterior can be evidence of climate change.
