Rogue One Promising to be Another SJW Sermon Against White Males

“We can pick on Brett [White] all we want (and I will because I and about 60 million other white males are done being accused of evil because of “melanin and penis” by talentless, worthless people like him), but Brett and Rogue One’s anti-white male politics is merely Hollywood’s confession that they are plumb out of talent, intelligence, originality, innovation or ability. They are so incapable of coming up with new ideas that, like a talentless trustfund baby minimalist artist, their only idea is to “add leftist/racist politics” to an already existing work of art. It’s nothing more than an inferior scumbag “tagging” the Mona Lisa with political-graffiti because they lack the real talent to make something as great as the original. And it’s proven by all the remakes, reboots, and sequels Hollywood is making.”

  1. I see the Captain will need to go back for re-programming.
I can’t recall when I saw a movie that didn’t have a layer of politics in it. Perhaps the Hangover.
Thanks to Donald for ruining this obvious mirroring of Hilary leading the rebel scum.

  2. Yes the multicultural, multiethnic, multicolor world that excludes one race of heterosexual males………
This will be the one Star Wars movie to personally boycott. I’m going Rogue.
“When I look at the ‘Rogue One’ trailers, I see what I want from America. I see a multicultural group standing strong together led by a rebellious and courageous woman. That’s what we are working towards, and what we will continue to work towards no matter what. That’s what America – a land created as a haven for the persecuted, to be able to realize their limitless dreams – was created to be.”

  3. When Rome was ‘absorbing’ the Greek culture a couple of thousand years ago… ish …. the Roman arts gang thought it creative to mash two Greek plays with a dollop of their own tripe and call it art. Historians called ‘it ‘contaminatio’.
Current movie wogs are indulging in contaminatio…. there can be no creatitvity in a politically correct environment …. and that’s the problem.

  4. “there can be no creativity in a politically correct environment”
Good point. Creativity previously was often measured by the courage entailed in going up against the Man. Now that the Man is Marxist, queer, and coloured, the creative arts have dropped to their knees to serve the Man. Are we all out of mirrors? No self-reflection? No one sees themselves as a toady to political correctness? Welcome to Hollywood where you check your balls at the door.

  5. I have been thinking about it and decided that I would not be going to Rouge one unless it proves not to be a sjw lovefest. Highly unlikely after lucasfilms president said she doesn’t need to cater to male star war fans. If making a movie for boys is wrong, they don’t need my money.
That’s minimum 2 tickets as me and kid won’t be going.
I will just download it when it is available.

  6. The last few years of Hollywood entertainment has been utter crap – I saw the Big Short, Joy, Risen at Easter, Girl on a Train (not very nice people – my sister wanted to see it) and finally The Accountant – so I enjoyed 4 out of 5 movies. I used to love going to the movies, but I am not interested in any of the re-runs or leftist crap which passes for entertainment today – and I am a heterosexual white woman, so I fully understand the Captain’s stance.

  7. And people wonder why I like watching Turner Classic Movies…..
Encore Avenue shows more recent films and I watch some of them on occasion. If it doesn’t interest me within, say, 15 minutes, I either switch off my TV or I change channels. Often, though, I watch a flick through to the end and wonder why I bothered. Frequently, I say to myself: “Boy, am I glad I didn’t spend money on a ticket and waste 2 hours watching that rubbish in a theatre.”

  8. If you go back and watch Star Wars: A New Hope without the rosy glasses of nostalgia, it doesn’t age well. It wasn’t even particularly good in 1977, although the special effects deserve the awards they won.
Star Wars was as popular as it was across demographic lines because it came out at a time when the US was suffering a crisis of conscience over Vietnam and failed domestic social and economic policies. Along came a movie where it was easy to tell who the good guys and bad guys were, it was okay to root for the good guys, and they won in the end through pluck, determination and hope. Why, even that cynical old smuggler found something to believe in at the end.
In short, Star Wars became a phenomenon precisely because it eschewed the guilt-ridden politics of the zeitgeist. A lesson the current crop of writers seem to have ignored.

  9. An idle thought: given how much mass media entertainment is infested with this tripe, I wonder if there’s a demand for a curated list of entertainment that is normal-person-friendly without being overtly political (I don’t want everything to be Lord of War, but I don’t want everything to be The Fountainhead either).

  10. Avatar – do I even need to say it? – was far, far worse than anything in the SW franchise. White men are evil, corporations are evil, military personnel are baby-killers, aboriginals are angels who are, like, the conscience of the planet, dude.
    FOAD Cameron, you pandering nit.

  11. Star Wars is dead.
I started watching “The Force Awakens” on DVD, got about 1/3 into it when something distracted me (I can’t remember what it was) and I didn’t get back to watching it that night. Then, the next day an acquaintance (who I’m beginning to think doesn’t like me) told me
    **WARNING – SPOILER ALERT**
that Hans gets killed by his son. “KILLED”?? – “BY HIS SON”??
I didn’t bother watching the rest. I can’t even tell you what had happened in the first 1/3 of the show.
Boo! I was a MAJOR star Wars fan (come to think of it, only episodes 4, 5 & 6).

  12. “…. remakes, reboots, and sequels…..”.
That sums it up nicely. Originality from Hollywood is dormant if not dead. And no, comic book movies and super heros don’t equal originality.
Women in a leadership role? Aliens 1 & 2 had that and did well. I thought both very good.
Star Wars: 1st movie, good, somewhat goofy but entertaining. The sequels and prequels terrible. Won’t waste my time on yet another. They’re beating a dead horse. I predict the box office will support my view.
Avatar, yes terrible even in 3d. There was an interesting concept there but it quickly became Cowboys and Indians and after the first 15 minutes became simply ridiculous (ever wonder where “Unobtainium” falls on the periodic chart?).

  13. I don’t care one way or the other about this.
I first saw Star Wars a few weeks after it was released in 1977 and I thought it was a good movie. Then again, I was fresh out of university with a brand-new B. Sc., so what did I know.
A few years later, when Canada got its first national pay TV channels, I saw it again as it was the inaugural feature for one of those services. After it was over, I thought it was dreadful and wondered what I was thinking when I saw it the first time.
Later that year, when Return of the Jedi was in the theatres, I went to see it with a mate of mine. When it was finished, neither of us was particularly impressed. It was little more than gaudy nonsense and a waste of our time and money.

  14. If Hollywood REALLY wanted to make the Star Wars films “inclusive” … they would cast FAT actors and actresses. Yes. FAT. In the “PERFECT” “UTOPIA” of a Star Wars future, nobody would have to work, or do any physical labor for themselves. If these writers believe that would cause everyone to watch what they eat and exercise 7 days a week … they are smoking the magical medicinal herb. Look around. America has the FATTEST poor people in the history of the world. They may not have enough disposable income for anything other than an Obama phone … but they sure never miss a meal, or a bag of cracklin crisps. In the Star Wars utopia … the whole Universe would be filled with FAT, SEDENTARY tubs of goo … swiping at screens while clutching their genitals with the free hand, wearing VR goggles pleasuring themselves. Yes … all of em … men, women (they should have cast Lena Dunham), and blacks, and all races and eye-shapes. All FAT. FAT. FAT. FAT. Then, their idealized future would look more like the dystopian nightmare it would REALLY be.

  15. Was relaxing watching a Christmas movie Secret Santa (no, not that guy from Kansas who used to give away money) the other night on Netflix and thought it wasn’t a bad movie until the rich guy in town shows how wonderful he is because he defends aboriginals in the rainforest. Yuck. Plus (spoiler alert) the hero is a black guy of course. So predictable.

  16. Bollocks.
Hollywood has always had its share of recycling and cribbing. There are lots of really groundbreaking programs out there. Breaking bad is as good a tv show as has ever been made for example.
That some of the recycled stuff has current issues driven content is also nothing new. All in the family, mash, best years of our lives, the man who came to dinner etc etc.

  17. Kenji >
    Exactly!
What’s Hollywierds problem with casting fat black dwarf retarded women in wheelchairs in a few Star Wars lead roles – RACIST bastards that’s what!

  18. *
just watched the recent hollyweird remake of “the magnificent 7”.
the yul brynner part was played by denzel washington. there was also an oriental knifethrower, a mexican bandit and an indi… i mean aboriginal-american ninja. i kept waiting for the obvious dwarf lesbian gunfighter twins… but i guess there had to be a few white guys in the mix somewhere.
in this iteration, they were saving the non-hispanic farmers from, and i sh!t you not… some rich old white guy.
if i hadn’t torrented this and actually paid money at a theatre, i’d be pretty pissed.
somewhere, steve mcqueen is spinning in his grave.

  19. My wife thinks they’re the same thing … I blame her for confusing me. And she always gets up and leaves the room anytime I start watching a rerun. She prefers sitcom reruns … esp. the ones that depict patriarchal white males as total retards … oops … I used the tard-word. Burn me at the stake !

“Conservatives sure are easily triggered by the mere whisper of ‘diversity’.”
    Actually another common leftist lie.
Conservatives believe in plenty of “diversity”, you should see my retirement portfolio. What pisses “conservatives”/ aka “Realists” off = Open your own lying eyes, (you’re seeing plenty of it in Europe at the moment), is the Liberal Progressive Left tearing down 2000 years of real progression in the name of “diversity” i.e. Newspeak.
……..and after 40 odd years, the RIGHT is finally rising. Suck on it baby – 5 down one to go in Europe, USA will be great again, and in a few short years Canada & Australia will follow suit.
    Stick a fork in ya…………

  21. “Didn’t the same a-holes say that TFA was some sort of SJW fest and it was nothing of the sort and was actually pretty good?
Conservatives sure are easily triggered by the mere whisper of ‘diversity’. Also, as Tulk says, HW is no more derivative today than ever.”
Actually, if you really want to go there, TFA was only pretty good relative to the disastrous prequels. But then, even the SW Christmas special was good relative to them. There was nothing original in TFA other than the obvious progressive themes. A female protagonist, a wise female oriental Pepe the Frog- Yoda cross, a female stormtrooper leader, a black stormtrooper (stormtroopers are supposed to be clones of the same guy(*) in case you weren’t aware, “Clone Wars” ring a ball maybe, the hint is in the title?). The whole point about empire was always that it was this white male uniform NAZI like monolith with foot soldiers never showing their faces, while the rebellion was all sexes, races and even species. It was always diverse in the extreme. And no fan of the old series had a problem with that. That was part of the story and it was natural and not ostentatious in the execution. It made perfect sense within the universe and was naturally accepted. The problems start when a bunch of SJW activists rewritten the script because it is 2016. When what made the old universe make sense went to the crapper because the cast has to apparently look like the audience. It does not, you dub f***.
Seven Samurai by Akiro Kurosava was a great movie and not a single non-yellow guy was in it. The Magnificent Seven was a great movie too and yes all the good guys were white. So fucking what? The recent remake of the Magnificent seven… NEO summarized it perfectly.
Oh and the new feminist Mad Max sucked donkey balls too. And don’t get me started on the POS Ghosbusters remake.
If SJWs had to remake Das Boot they would put a Jewish captain on the u-boat.
(*)Coincidently you may recall SJW outrage about SW prequels, it turned out that the character of Jango Fett made Latinos look bad and evil and all that… poor SJW darlings haven’t realized that Temuera Morrison the actor who played Jengo was Maori. Apparently to SJWs all brown people look the same.

  23. You must be comprehension impaired. Let me summarize it for you again: rebels were always diverse, empire was always white guys and clones. And that was fine, none had a problem with it. The good guys in SW were always as diverse as they could be, the bad guys weren’t. Now clones come in all shapes and colors of the rainbow because it is 2016.
As for TFA being better than ANH. Preferences are intrinsic. There was nothing original about TFA except that they replaced two male characters with two female characters (provided Yoda was male in the first place, he may as well be “other”). This isn’t a new story about a new character, it is the same old story except that the new character has a vagina. That is why it sucks. None objects to strong female lead characters in Sci-fi or action movies you pathetic demagogue. There are hundreds of them. Fans object to having their favorite story changed to appease the SJW morons, just like the objected to Greedo shooting first.

“….issue by blaming KORPORASHUNZ and teh 1%” – UnoMe
Yes you are correct, pooping on police cars in front of banks doesn’t work, they eventually figured that out. – K99
“I’m seeing hundreds of thousands of people bettering themselves.” – UnoMe
God forbid they would ever be white people living in tent cities around Obamba’s America, eh? – K99
The (fascist) Right is now rising by promising to solve/distract from the whole ‘pay the bills’ issue by blaming brown people. – UnoMe
More leftist lies. #1 The only Fascists are the Globalist supporters supported by the left. #2 No one the tight is blaming “little Brown People” you racist, the conservative right puts the blame squarely on the Liberal Progressive left. The fact that you don’t get that is why you are failing at every level of todays political story – and still don’t get it – yes go ahead and call me a racist now, LOL.

  25. To hell with movies. I want the networks to bring back Korean Midget Tag-Team wrestling that they used to broadcast in the ’50’s. Boy, those little fellas had some great moves. Sometimes they would be paired up with the Indian Midgets with names like Little Beaver and Sky-Low-Low.

  26. Since when has Star Wars ever had a story worth hearing attached to it? I some how doubt they will press their case coherently amidst a sea of CG visual chaos.

  27. One of the most egregious remakes of films in recent memory was the remake of “The Italian Job”. The one done in 1971(?) starred Michael Caine, Benny Hill and a number of other lost to history actors. However the scenery, the driving and the cars are so superior to the politically correct tripe served up in 2003. Donald Sutherland should have known better, but he is n SJW just like the rest of the hollyweird losers.

  28. Like I said, preferences are intrinsic. So you like diverse stormtroopers (purple lightsabers and Jar Jar too?), fine. This is not the point. You made a bull$hit assertion that people dislike TFA and RO because they hate diversity in general. Are you willing to admit you were wrong or are you stuck on stoopid?
