“Mr. Saucier possessed six (6) photographs classified as ‘confidential/restricted,’ far less than Clinton’s 110 emails,” Derrick Hogan wrote to the US District Court in Bridgeport, Connecticut, in a story first reported by Politico.

Exposing American policy or agents of American policy, as Clinton did, to a strategic enemy, pales in comparison to allowing a major strategic threat such as /China poses to potentially advance in nuclear submarine drive architecture design and catch up to America by permitting Russia/China an opportunity to see America’s more advanced submarine nuclear drive designs.
And Russia isn’t the only potential strategic threat, China(PRC) is also biting at America’s heels.

I don’t know if he’ll be successful, but now the defensive theory is out there. It’ll happen every damn time someone breaches the air gap. At some point, a court will side with a defendant; they’ll have to under the fourteenth amendment. No civilian court would ever muster a conviction after what Hillary did.
During the war we were told not to bring any contraband home.
No pictures of dead bodies, no guns, knives, anything that would scare the civies.
