  2. How can a civilized society fight terrorism within the concept of a civilized society? It can’t, plain and simple, we cannot fight this cancer within our existing laws. Simple solution, new laws to fight radical terrorists or would be terrorists, if caught trying to leave the country to join a terrorist group, if involved with a radicalized mosque, if caught, injured or killed while fighting for a terrorist organization then the simple solution would be to deport all associated with the terrorist. Parents, relatives, teachers, imams, the lot, and forfeiture of all goods and valuables belonging to said individuals. Sound harsh, sound un-Canadian? You bet but if we pussy-foot around long enough skirting this issue you can bet your *ss they will be implementing Sharia law in this country and we’ll be lining up just as the Jews did in Thirties.

Trudeau’s Charter and Multicuralism are the perfect magnets to attract people from cultures we have no history with and who do not fit in with our way of life in a free society or have no intention of doing so. They realize they can live in their own “communities” and have protection under the dictates of the Charter. Multiculturalism gives them free range to practice their rituals within their own ghettos if they so wish. Our laws do not apply until they get caught acting against our laws such as treating women as second class citizens or worse.
    Trudeau left the most insidious of all documents as his legacy. Neither documents are conducive to a cohesive society. They make some more equal than others as the unelected Supreme Court judges interpret them. As time passes we could end up being a mosaic, a nation of “communities” rather than a united country under one flag.

  4. Jihadist scum wish to leave to fight overseas. So our solution to that is arrest them, take away their passports, then release them HERE?
    So now you’ve got pissed-off jihadists who can’t go fight overseas. Hmm, I wonder what they might try to do instead…
    Let them go overseas, THEN cancel their passports. They either die fighting or can never come back to Canada. If they do manage to sneak back in here, arrest them & try them for treason. Win-win-win.

  6. In this modern world, and according to modern warfare standards, they don’t have to go over there to serve their ideology and new loyalty, surely the bravest and most motivated among them can find something to do for their cause right here in Canada?

  7. PET ‘forgot’ to enshrine property rights into Canada’s Charter of rights and freedoms.
    A very strange oversight for a lover of freedom and democracy. A completely understandable omission for a communist.

  8. Trudeau used taxpayer dollars to tell Canadians what they already knew, that we are a nation of immigrants. That was happening apace before Trudeau showed up on the scene to show us his big brain.

  10. Taking their passports seems about the only way to stop them not only from leaving here but stopping them from going from place to place in the Middle East with a Canadian passport. We at least can keep track of them here to the extent the Charter will allow.

  12. Canadian Property Rights… Hmmm you may find that answer in LONDON…As a British Colony those rights are with the CROWN..
    You only have user rights, what ever that IS. The Courts (crown) seem to throw land title around at “their” will. It is possible that Canadian parliament Independence did not include Royal land title…worth asking

Ten years ago I predicted this would happen, not because I have a crystal ball but because the way the left and their mean stream media always make terrorists the victims and everyone else the vilain, it was obvious to me that eventually this constant brainwashing would start making some people turn against their own nation, culture, religion, race and make them want to help the poor little terrorists who are helpless victims.
    We can thank the left and their main stream media for having young people die fighting for our enemies.
    The left and their media are guilty of treachery, but there are no longer any man with enough balls to do something about it in this feminized, pro-feminist sick world the left is in charge of.

  15. Just take their names, revokes their passports and/or citizenship and never let them back into the country. Also notify every other country in the world about them.
    Anyone who volunteers to join a bloodthirsty genocidal regime does not deserve to live in a civilized country.
