In case you haven’t noticed Putin has a long tradition of selling weapons to Iran that has an established record of promises to wipe Israel off the map. So no, I do not think it is in Israel’s interest to depend on Putin for arms supplies.
Nor it is in Israel’s interest (nor anyone else’s’) to depend on Siberians for anything that might upset mooselimbs (which is anything really), 30% of conscripts in Siberian army are already mooselimb and the proportion is climbing while the rest of the Siberian horde is busy drinking itself to death and aborting roughly twice as many babies as they are giving birth to.
