Could there be a better definition of racism, a better example of a purely racist concept, than this, the holding that all a person does and is springs from the colour of his skin?
The entire notion is called “white privilege.” In our moderns seats of learning, with their skyrocketing tuition rates, and celebrity professors, do they ever test an idea? Do they ever ask the questions that even a 10-year-old would ask about this concept of “white privilege?”
Do they ask: What part of the great DNA chain, specifically, houses the gene for white privilege? How does skin colour and privilege interlink, and why does privilege always follow only one skin colour? Do individuals always and only reflect the characteristics of their skin-colour group? Do “whites” have any qualities or achievements at all that do not spring only from their skin colour?
It reminds me of an amusing debate that took place some years ago in the comments of the great Cjunk blog – in which John “Dr. Dawg” Baglow argued that a) there is no such thing as “race”, and b) whites are inherently racist.

Damn. If I had known I had white privilege I would have used it at least once. I always resented those that had black privilege and held positions due to affirmative action even when they were not nearly as competent as their white competitors. Or Indian privilege that is comprised entirely of victims, thanks to white lawyers, pay no taxes and live at the expense of the taxpayer like myself because they can, even though they want every amenity the white man has to offer but most don’t feel like actually working for it. Or Meti privilege that provides huge rewards because someones great grandfather screwed around with the native girls. The only privilege I can relate to is the privilege of paying enormous sums of money to give these deadbeats opportunities that were never offered to me, because white privilege is just another slogan for…..sucker.

as someone who grew up fighting against racism, I would certainly never admit to another person that my race held me back from doing anything. but now… maybe I need to concede the point to them. after all, I’m not the one saying it, they are.

What the deranged arbiters of everything moral see as “white privilege” is usually just the result and reward for hard work and diligence.
In the real world, a euphemism for off campus, persons who attain high positions almost always have done so by acquiring the education they need,followed by years of working their way up the ladder, while maintaining a positive attitude.
The people who fail, no matter what the color of their skin, almost always did NOT.
But the irony is the educated elites beloved affirmative action,where the person is hired and promoted based solely on his skin color.

While it is good to see a growing realization and disapproval of the self loathing aspects the leftist dystopia, it fails to directly address the fact that racism and discrimination have already been institutionalized through “resistance culture”.

Here we see the full scope of post modern (aptly named) thinking which, in concept, deconstructs… everything. In application it destroys… everything… except that which it cannot, human nature; but they try. In doing so they willingly deconstruct themselves in concept; but they never engage in self application. These are the “progressives” (name employs masking ideology).

Rex has a huge fan base and if the CBC lets him go I’m sure the competition would snap him up immediately. The CBC elitists probably hate him but he’s one of the few Canadian commentators that is still on CBC’s road instead of the left hand ditch like most of them. They tolerate him because they have to, not because they want to.
Yes I remember my white privileged home with the single income of a RCAF Sergeant and eight kids in our palatial PMQ. Ah yes, my undeserved rank of private in the Canadian Forces, and subsequent race-based commissioning. Talk about cutting a break being white, working my ass off all of my life and never having the latest toys. I hope I exercised my privilege properly. But then again, now I am a homeowner with a truck and trailer. Oh, right; latent white privilege. You never know when it’s going to spring up.

Anytime one of these loser, pasty faced Progs explains “White Privilege” to me, what follows is a bunch of issues or views they THINK and assume colored people worry about or encounter in their lives. I’m annoyed with these white-guilt ridden progs worrying about things that I don’t worry about, on my behalf.

I am a valuist. Yes, a blatant valiuist. I have white values and they are superior to that of others. These white values lead to hard work, education, skills-training, risk-taking, caring for and supporting family and community … and success. I know those are despicable values and oh-so passe, but the news is … THEY STILL WORK.
Meanwhile, I admit it. … I am a filthy valuist. I hate the values of other races … Love the variety of skin color though.

It’s not only leftist white progressives that believe they are “privileged” because of their skin color, but allot of non-white people support them abroad as well.
If you go to very poor African or South East Asian countries the poor masses in the streets and hotels fawn over westerners because of whiteness, regardless of dress or demeanor.
That is precisely why you see so many sorry-assed white hippies and other lefties hanging out in these poor countries “drinking in the culture”. They’re simply rolling in their “white privilege” like racist pigs at a trough, getting pampered and served by the poorest of the world, while they pretend to be “rich for a day”.
