Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

“Honey, I Finished The Internet
And how was your day?”
I suspect that’s a little Ozzie & Harriet for this household.

I watched a horse race, the second in a series…
Oddly enough, race horses that are methodically and scientifically bred for speed, have reached a plateau, whilst negro sprinters, who presumably breed randomly, keep getting faster.
Does anyone think those clearance warning signs can be reliable to warn all drivers of the danger? They are small and obscure, and very easy to miss in the distraction filled highways we drive. There is little wonder there are so frequent events such as this.
The progressives are getting to you.
Each of the arch bridges were marked twice.
It’s not the reliability of the sign that is an issue. It is the lack of reliability of the man to read the signs and operate his rig in a safe manner. Clearly he didn’t.
When you get a CDL and drive a tractor trailer, you’ve been made very aware of the particular problems of low overpasses. I guess this guy didn’t buy into all that. I wonder why.
they should have posted a sign in EBONICS :-))))
That low bridge was obvious without a sign. Driver may not have been paying attention.
