  1. Well no wonder there is conflict in Ukraine it keeps moving all over the place! Next thing you know it will move into Burma so it can breed penguins.

  2. Not only are the show production producers dim bulbs, but so are the mouthpieces.

  3. The Canadian Weather Network once put my home,Kelowna, in Okinawa.
btw, I was wondering who is counting the votes in the Ukrainian referendum. International observers,I presume?

  4. Let’s all hope that Ukraine doesn’t move to Guam because that will tip it over for sure.

  5. CBC radio referred to ‘Crimeria’ a couple of times out here in Vancouver a few months back. Apparently the Russians were flying ‘recognizance’ flights over Crimeria at the time.

  6. So after this display of evidence that CNN doesn’t have a clue, how many of you will nevertheless believe it when CNN tells you that wicked Russians are trying to suborn good Ukrainians?

  7. Don’t know about you Patrick but if CNN told me it was 10:00 AM I would check my watch.

  8. CNN reporters and producers are all highly trained college educated journalism majors, and/or the sons and daughters of famous progressives. They signed up “to make adifference!” Not report the News, because they have a cause greater than accurate newsreports.
They are all well credentialed, and will be happy to tell you how they are news professionals. Absolutely clueless about the world outside of college, NYC and DC; but they are well credentialed news professionals.

  9. I don’t need the CNN to tell me that the Russians are habitual land grabbers. There are far too many Russian squatters in the Baltics, Chechnya, Crimea, Kazakhastan, the West Bank and lots and lots of other places.

  13. Now look here, you’re asking people to know history as well as geography, with a smattering of mathematics!
    That’s just TOO much!
btw,I was very pleased to see the new referendum came in at 92% approval for the eastern Ukraine joining Russia.
I just can’t imagine how those people manage to get such healthy majorities,96% in Crimea, now this. Must be a lot of door knocking.

  14. This reminds me of a time, if I remember correctly it was CTV television news, that the Ukrainian flag graphic was posted upside down. I believe it was early in the 1990s.
