1. Heh Heh, that picture of Obammie in the article reminds me of a shithouse rat, all slicked up and nowhere to go. He just had his has kicked again by Putin, he has been proven to make Old Tricky Dicky Nixon look like a 2 bit piker, who was impeached for stealing some Democratic Party info. 2. Indeed, it’s the old “a short, victorious war” to distract from domestic problems. Guaranteed to backfire just about every time. Because when it doesn’t work or hatches some ruinous failure there’s remorseless pressure to escalate. Reminds me of JFK sending in a few “advisors” to a little place called Vietnam. And we know how well that little fracas turned out.
   Democrat aparatchiks like to call Bush a warmonger. He got the US voluntarily into one war. This one makes two for Obama, with the added complication of a direct confrontation with Russia and Uncle Vlad. Which of those two do we think is likely to flinch first?

3. Indeed, His Foulness’s volte-face on the matter of Syrian government use of war gases is not likely to convince anyone. It is totally cynical. Indeed, much of the Syrian civil war is of the Foulness’s making. Not that Bashir Assad is anything but a brutal dictator – but so is the typical third world leader. And look what the Foulness did to Hosni Mubarak, who was a nice brutal dictator, who only imprisoned people who thoroughly deserved imprisonment. Again, Assad like Mubarak has endeavoured to protect religious minorities; which the Foulness’s beloved Islamic radicals certainly are not doing and are not going to do.
   With a little more ineptitude on the part of His Loathsomeness we may even see the Russian and American military shooting at each other before the end of the month. That’s some reset, isn’t it?

   Not a chance. Barry will back down. That’s what narcisistic cowards do. However, the fact that he’s courting a direct confrontation with Russia, the first by the US since the Cuban Missile Crisis, shows just what an idiot he is.
   And isn’t it a strange world when it’s Uncle Vlad pushing to keep countries from interfering in Syria’s internal civil war. Makes you wonder where the voice of sanity is these days, because it’s clearly not coming from Washington, London, Brussels… In fact, Harper sounds like the only one of the G7+1 who actually deserves to be there.

8. Obama is trapped in a bind of his own making. Islamist by alignment, an appeaser and the leader of the globe’s police force, he is stuck. He can’t not support the Islamists as he has done elsewhere and he can’t not show the world that he means (weak) business. What exactly did he transmit the great Russian hypocrite this time?

10. The mess in Syria strikes me as one of those “pray for an asteroid” things. Pick one side and you’ve got a brutal third-world dictator thug not above using chemical weapons on his own citizens. Pick the other side and you’ve got your insane jihadist Muslims ready to turn Syria into another failed sharia state exporting extremists and terrorists. There’s no good outcome to be had here. Best to stay the hell out of it, and darkly hope they save us all the trouble and just wipe each other out.

Forgive me, but I called BamBam’s Syria war after the the fast and furious scandal wouldn’t go away – I always knew the pentagon and their wall street patrons had Syria in their sights for over 3 years. Obama is a weak president who could not keep his generals in the box any better than he can keep his spooks from creating scandals – but now the dogs of war will prove useful to make the scandals disappear in the rear view mirror of the controlled media.
