In particular, his views on overpopulation scare me. Given his views on assassinating officials and destroying industries, I suspect that his plans for population reduction would be similar to Lenin’s, Stalin’s and Hitler’s.
    Brian did a great job flushing out this monster.
    Yes, where is Theo Caldwell? He had a great show.

How many tonnes of GHG were emitted during the interview powering lights, cameras, microphones, networking, recording? How many tonnes of GHG were emitted during the production and distribution of his manifesto? How many trees were lost to produce the paper for your book?
    Show us the correct example of how to live according to your new rules, and you may get some followers. Else, take a hike.

  32. SUN TV is on basic cable, channel 15 I think, right beside the major networks, in Toronto. I watched this from a hotel room there.
    SUN TV is buried on my Alberta cable subscription package, in the fringe channels – something like channel 177.
    Just a weird anomaly? Toronto is also full of self-loathing liberals whose world outlook has jumbled and crumbled in the events of the past few years. Everyone I met was ripping Rob Ford and Harper. Yet they have SUN TV right in their faces. Closet conservatives? I suspect some might be, and the Politically Correct hivemind means they haven’t learned to be courageous and actually speak their minds – only at the polls. How else to explain the political reality?
    This eco-assassin had one point – about the TINY amount of indigenous people left on the planet living off the land, they have little recourse should their resources be taken by force. I presume he will be there to help them fight the good fight. Or is that just too real for him?
    Instead, be safe: spread his hateful message one coal-fired electron at a time through modern satellite technology wearing prescription eye-wear, courtesy of the industrialized economy he disparages and threatens.
    The idea that the whole world couldn’t have the lifestyle we have is ludicrous, and I hope it is the next Pillar in the Goreacle’s Temple of Lies that we can take down.
    I am very happy for the future of this country that SUN TV is making inroads. Regardless of your own viewpoints, having a multitude of voices and opinions out there strengthens us all.

If he had time to read the book and clip the violent advocacy why didn’t he take a few minutes to research and refute the standard talking points: AGW, ocean fish, tropical deforestation, and top soil degradation. The later two being poverty related issues but nowhere near his exaggerated unchallenged numbers.
    Lilley only managed to throw into question the means, not the ends. This zealot is factually wrong and simplistic and should have been bogged down in trying to defend his basic hysterical premises. He would have lost his cool and exposed himself as unstable. He would fit into the Lizzy May / Gulf Islands mentality quite well.

    I think the focus of this interview was supposed to be on the methods that Aric Mcbay & Co. advocate to advance their agenda.
    That makes this interview rather unique.
    Most Canadians will likely reject the enviro message these guys carry because of the violent methods they suggest to bring about change.

    Make any domestic exploration/exploitation of fossil fuel unpopular by brainwashing your own citizens to scream: “Not in my backyard”. Fill them with lies and exagerations and use scare tactics like the BP gulf spill when you can.
    Why do you think Alberta’s oil sands, the second largest know deposit of oil on the planet is constantly attacked by outsiders?…Who do you think funds this propaganda?
    There is plenty of fossil fuel on earth…The big money guys just want to control it and more so keep any competition out.
    There is also a reason for the limited amounts of crude oil refineries too…And it’s for the same reason.

    Exactly! My grandfather said that people scoffed in Russia after the 1905 revolution and they quit scoffing and laughing in the summer of 1917.
    We should never take people like McBay and Suzuki lightly. They mean what they say and will carry out their plans if given the chance.
