Seriously, ever day that passes make me fear more for the United States and, by extension, the world. I figured obozo would just be some annoying democrat – i had no idea what a dangerous fool he would be. I read the other day that the U.S. will borrow one half of every dollar it spends this year. I don’t think you have to be a partisan Republican to know this is lunacy. Perhaps one of our trollish contributors can drop by and explain why and how this is sustainable. I frequently hear the argument that it’s the right thing to do, but i never hear anyone explain how it’s financially possible, right, wrong or otherwise.

I do not believe a military coup should be ruled out. I cannot believe there are too many happy generals at the pentagon right now. They are on the chopping block. The USA is in grave peril as a free nation. They already have a huge pit to dig out of economically and socialism under Obama will not cut it.
I believe freedom loving Americans have no choice but to start acting now before the big brother effect takes hold and fear becomes the normal daily feeling one wakes up with each morning.
The election of Obama was America’s biggest mistake of the last forty or so years. Let up hope they can survive it and restore itself to something better than it is becoming now.
Even cronies like Clinton and Bush would be a far better choice than the monster who is charming his way to hell.

Thomas Sowell – first started reading his great column many years ago in Forbes magazine, then his books. Needless to say as a black conservative writing about American economics and politics, he never had to worry about becoming too well known via the MSM. For many years the Toronto Star had exclusive dibs on his newspaper column for the Toronto area or maybe it was all of Canada through some big package deal on columnists or something. Then it seems it was only when some other paper tried to run his always first rate stuff and discovered the truth about his never-use by the Star were they embarrassed enough to release him. Even after that his columns in the TO Sun and other Canadian papers were few and far between.

It isn’t that Obama has absolutely no experience at managing anything; a key factor of this lack of experience is that it is due to him alienation from reality. Obama ‘manages’ only his own ‘text’.
He lives, entirely and totally, in a fictional world that he himself authors. What he doesn’t like, what he feels he cannot control, isn’t allowed to enter that world.
Therefore, he will be unable to deal with N. Korea or Iran in their nature as real powers. He can only deal with them by defining them as amenable to his persuasive words. If their actions show indifference to his words, then for Obama they simply will not exist. They aren’t ‘within his text’. He’ll ignore them. They will quickly, both, turn into nuclear-armed states because of this.
Obama focuses on internal rather than foreign affairs because he can control the population within America, via the MSM, via Congress and the Democratic hold over Congress, and via his hold over administration.
He can’t control people outside of America. He can insult them, as he did with the UK and France. Or, he can attempt to manipulate them as he did with his bow to the SA King, and his constant ‘apologies for America’ to each and all. Obama’s only ‘strategy’ in these situations is to try to charm them, or verbally persuade them to accept being controlled by him. If they are not charmed, then for Obama, they simply don’t exist.
I don’t think that people are quite aware of the extreme ‘bubble’ that Obama lives within, a ‘bubble’, a textual reality, that he has himself created long ago, a fictional world controlled by him – a world that essentially rejects reality. Can the US function when its leader is unable to connect with the real world?

I turned on the TV for the first time in a month last night and while I was scrolling through the channels to see if there was anything on but ‘Spaceballs’ I hit CNN. Some absolute idiot was babbling about Obama being the greatest president in U.S. history and the moderator chimed in with something about ‘right wingers’. I changed channels so fast I have no idea who either idiot was and the TV is dormant again tonight. Part of the problem is that neither politicians nor the media are required to study history. If they were, they wouldn’t be doing the stupid things they espouse. As the Soviets found out, if you build on shifting sand, the edifice will collapse eventually. ‘O’ take note.
Some Democrats do seem to have quite the record in destroying the US. Wilson (Federal Reserve creation in 1913), F.D.Roosevelt (1930’s New Deal), Johnson (1960’s Great Society) were all Democrats. Obama is simply the next wave.
However, the monetary situation associated with the large deficits is very troubling. If deficits of the current magnitude are allowed to run for even a few years, then these deficits would not be paid back in the ordinary way. The only way these could be paid back is through inflation. The question then becomes: would it be (Democrat) Carter-style stagflation or would it be some form of hyperinflation?
At times, Obama seems so juvenile in his understanding of some basic policy issues. I hope that is what the problem is – we are dealing with incompetence. The alternative is even worse.

Are white people ever part of the inner Obama circle?
I get the feeling that “inclusiveness” in Obama’s vernacular means blacks and Hispanics only. There seems to be some kind of Barry-Shelley payback when it comes to whites, a particularly creepy character trait for the First Family of the U.S.A. to have on display …

But the real winners here are the NWO elite. I expect this day in history and the silencing of the American people and the certain removal of yet another and the most important right they have, to pass quietly by. The elite have conditioned the masses to not even know that they were silenced or that they were stripped of any means to do anything about it.

Who would have thought that someone with Zero experience, other than being a part of a Questionable organization called Acorn would become president?

Despite everything, I still maintain that the (other)Bill/Hillary first couple dynamic was the creepier. It does seem to me that Barry and Shelley do at least have a real marriage going on. But than so did the Macbeths.
(BTW I once dubbed B&S the Macbamas, for which I deserve bloggy immortality, and in a fair world I would get it. Ah so.)
